Fix DNS Problems

Is anyone else having problems with Appointment-Plus? Its working very slow, gets stuck on loading or load only half a page. We have Verizon Fios and every time I call Verizon or Appt-Plus they keep on blaming each other. This has been going on for a week in a half now and we are beyond angry because it is infecting our business. Need help ASAP!!!!

"internal server error. please try again later". is the message i get on computer. iphone and ipad apps not working either. Haven't been able to access at all this morning. Had to leave a message for customer service. I've gotten no emails saying they are aware of any problem.
