Can't Access - Troubleshooting Instructions

If the site is UP but you cant access the page, try one of the below solutions:

Browser Related Problems

Force a full refresh for the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favourite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

Check our help page for step-by-step instructions on how to change your DNS.

Today is 22 January 2016, and it is just spinning. Ever since it became it has been buggy. The site is way too over designed. I don't like the layout. The person who set it up must have a super computer, and thinks nothing of the comon cook who is loading through a tablet, older computer, or slower internet service.

Mac McCarthy · 22 January 2016 - 18:23
· · Safari 9.0.3 on Mac

Something is wrong, again. Nothing will load. All I get is the spinning wheel and "loading". It won't even let me log in.

Lori Cole · 19 January 2016 - 15:40

Bill Lubing · 8 May 2014 - 17:56

Same problem. Flashes on then goes blank with a very, very long url. Think it's been hacked.

Sandy Belt · 8 May 2014 - 14:16
United States · Verizon Wireless

Same problem here. I sort of worked around it by stopping the page from loading all the way. It's a little bit of a jumble on the bottom portion but at least I can make out what I needed.

Anne Kennedy · 8 May 2014 - 13:29
United States · Comcast Cable

When going to my screen flashes the website then diverts to a blank page with the address of I have attempted several times in the last few minutes with the same results.
