We have tried pinging Podbean website using our server and the website returned the above results. If podbean.com is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress...

Can't Access Podbean - Troubleshooting Instructions

If the site is UP but you cant access the page, try one of the below solutions:

Browser Related Problems

Force a full refresh for the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favourite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)

Clear the temporary cache and cookies on your browser to make sure that you have the most recent version of the web page. For instructions choose your browser :

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

Check our help page for step-by-step instructions on how to change your DNS.

How do you move your podcasts to a different site and maintain the subscribers that you have on iTunes???

Any advice would be great, because Podbean is frustrating the hell out of me!

What the EFF?! "Down for maintenance"?! How about a little notice? Seriously considering moving my podcasts to another site when my service runs out. This is crap!

Seriously, this happened earlier this week. I tried to upload my podcast episodes, and it wouldn't let me. I had to get into Chrome to be able to do it, and that was after several hours of just letting it be.
Today, my podcast episode should have uplodaed at 9 am CST and it is 10:18 currently with no episode published.

This had never been a problem prior to this dumb update they did, and now I'm irritated.

second time down in three months? yipes.
I've only been with them for three months as well, I didn't notice the other outage. Oh well, since I can't upload my episode, I'm figuring out the logistics of moving. Better now than later.

Yes it's down for me too and I'm not happy.

I have only been with Podbean for about 3 months and this is the 2nd major downtime I've experienced.. I pay alot of money to broadcast here. They better start giving credits for downtime.

Kate Sitka · 30 June 2014 - 18:12

has been down for a couple of hours. This site says podbean is up, but I still can't load my site. Maybe I'll move my hosting somewhere else.
I received an email back from tech support saying they're working as quickly as they can and this "almost never happens".
I've only been with podbean a few months - how often does this happen?
