I have tried for 2 days to log on to the website! What is this about?
A friend spent 5 days trying to log on. When I wrote an email complaining they said to call "customer service" which should be Customer Disservice. Once I finally got to a live person, they couldn't answer my question and then hung up on me!
This is the first time I have every run into a website which gies you a graph showing how log it takes to get on and wheter or not the web page is down. Then they tell you it is probably just down for you! WHAT A CROCK! And they have audacity to raise our rates?
