Can't Access Food Network - Troubleshooting Instructions

If the site is UP but you cant access the page, try one of the below solutions:

Browser Related Problems

Force a full refresh for the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favourite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)

Clear the temporary cache and cookies on your browser to make sure that you have the most recent version of the web page. For instructions choose your browser :

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

Check our help page for step-by-step instructions on how to change your DNS.

Food Network site not cooperating today or yesterday... can get into one or two tiers of recipe pages and then the screen either ends up blank or it cycles and recycles the page ad infinitum.

Have not been able to open the Food Network site for about a week now. Every time I try, it starts to open then goes completely blank white... nothing, nada. Is this something they are aware of and working to repair???

I have been unable to reach the website ever since a pop up registration box appeared and I clicked out of it... that was a month ago. I just get a flash of the website and then a black page with no way to access the site in the time I have before it "blanks out."

Edit: ... wow, they must have heard me ;oP I just tried again after commenting here and got in!

the last 2 times when I have tried to access the food network website; keeps trying and flashing. I type in www.foodnetwork.com. The website tries to access member sign-in and registration. Then it simply flashes profusely. Help.

This is an innovative site like www.gourmandia.com, these both site has up-to date update post and interesting content that make you enjoy this page.

What good does it do to watch Restaurant Impossible when at the end Chef Irvine says for updates go to foodnetwork.com/ri and there is NO WAY to access it. Why not give the updates at the end of the shows like they have always done till this season. Maddening!!!!
