If your card is thru Costco the account has been transferred to Citi Bank Visa. Go to that site to make a payment.

My payment is due today & I've been trying to pay it for 3 going on 4 days now. Don't look forward to calling & being placed on hold. Have to go to court (work) and who has time for this crap! Read earlier posts and it appears that since the Costco changes all is disorganized to say the least. Wonder if they will be slapping late fees on customers that are unable to pay online?

I need help! I need to make a payment on my Costco AmEx card and it will not let me sign in. Is it because Costco will not accept it any longer - we can't access it any longer. My friend has a regular AmEx card and can sign on with no problem. What gives? Will I be charged a late fee? It's not like I haven't been trying.

Amex card site is down. I can login, but cannot access any account info. I get a message that says, "OUR SYSTEM IS NOT RESPONDING."

Unable to go online with my Costco branded American Express card. they report the following:
"Our System is Not Responding

However, there is no problem with a second card, American Express Blue, that I have.
They have screwed up and that worries me. The corporation is not allowing me to make a payment or formally get a response when I make a payment (which started on Friday).

I am going back to paper billing. Site won't accept my password, then won't let me long on with their newly sent temp password. Fixed for one week after voice contact with Amex, now same issues again. I have had a problem in over a decade until now.

The American Express Travel website has been down since yesterday. I am trying to book a hotel room (have tried 6 or 7 times over two days) and keep getting a message saying there was a "communications error." I called Amex yesterday and they told me the site was having problems and should be back up today but, so far, no luck.

I am so disgusted with AmEx customer service today that I need to tell my story on any social media site I can. I recently married and my husband and I have been trying to streamline our credit cards and decided upon 2 AmEx cards - Platinum and SPG. Unfortunately, at the time the customer service rep I consulted for determining which cards to use, he failed to tell me that our limit was $1300 for the SPG card!! We spend $20K a mo and they think that a card with a limit of $1300 was viable? Why did we decide to keep this card and get rid of my gold card if we couldn't even use the card? AND, today, when I try to get answers all I get is a bunch of Asians who are robotic, rude, and don't seem to understand my frustration. I need a manager to talk to me to try to figure out what we can do next. In the interim, onto a MasterCard or Visa for our 'second card'. There is no reason to keep an AmEx card with virtually no credit limit. Another customer gone and they could care less.

Just talked to AMEX, they said the recent update to their software is not compatible with "Internet Explorer". They are working on it with no expected fix date. IE is the most used browser in the world. Who implements a software update without complete compatibility testing. OOOPS! I forgot about OBAMACARE.
