If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

My windows mail has been down for an entire day. Called Shaw technical support, they said they are working on it. It's almost 9am and still not able to receive new emails.....

I am in France. I cannot send any mail. I receive it only. What is happening?
ALso I have an alert sign on the address line whenever I enter Shaw. When clicked on the message is that Shaw has no identity, some months ago it said the identity was too weak. Now there is none. I contacted Shaw (i was in Canada at the time July to Aug 2015) but the answer was always that the identity codes or whatever were fine and met the standards. However it is not so. WIll I soon not be able to use Shaw at all to send messages??
While in Argentina in May, that was the case for all of us that had Shaw accounts. Shaw needs to do something and soon!
