Fix DNS Problems

We're live! You can once again access your data and surveys. There are certainly individuals who still don't have access, but if you try logging in, it should work now. Some features, like email, do not work. Some folks are also experiencing private domain issues. This will be a long process getting back to where we were, but we're certainly making progress.

SurveyGizmo! What is the latest status? I have been waiting since yesterday. I have people waiting to fill out surveys and I need that data for our annual report to donors which is supposed to go to press tomorrow. If you messed up the site relaunch just say so and please advise when it will be up again. It was 9 hours since your last update when you said it was live and yet it is still down.

I am sure it was a Denial of Service attack, as they say, but I do have to share my experience.

I was on the site when it happened. On one particular page load, the site came up in a really clean, great-looking new design. It was very clearly a new website design. Then, about 20 seconds later, the site went dark and has been dark ever since.

Could very well be a DDOS… and it happened during a time that the webmasters were uploading the new site. How unfortunate.

However, given what I described, it could also be that something went very wrong with their new site re-launch. No one wants to say "our webmasters failed at the re-launch" when a phantom, untrackable DDOS excuse is available.

Could just be my suspicions, but it was curious to see a new site design, then the old, then it went dark.

We have been experiencing problems periodically logging into surveygizmo website for the past 7 days. Very frustrating!!

Not getting any response from SurveyGizmo when contacting them about the website and gaining access to our surveys and reports. They have not notified us of any problems with the website even though we've been experiencing them for the past week. Poor customer service!!!

We have urgent and critical survey in place but lots of respondents are turning away as they are not able to reach out to our survey psoted @surveygizmo.. Help ASAP..
