hi i am having problems for logging in i go on the mozilla firefox site open up solid trust pay go and put my username and password in and it comes back saying maybe wrong ip address or might have put in a wrong password i then go to get a authorisation code (new password) i type that in and still says the same i have contacted my internet provider and they said my browser is working fine its something to do with stp please help as i have funds in there i cant access and its frustrating

4 months ago I am trying to withdraw my funds and impossible. Sending tickets and procedures always end when the page gets stuck at one point and it is impossible to withdraw my money. STP is no longer reliable.

Trying to phone them can be a challenge, I have found for my country phone them at about mid-day or just before midnight our time was the best and the lines wasn't busy, I suggest everybody must just try and find the perfect time for their country, all I know is that they are there but imagine how big their client base must be!

IMPORTANT: This is what I did, go to their web-page, scroll down to the bottom where it says CONTACT US, there you will find options - OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET, mark everywhere you can as VERY URGENT, they also have a telephone number, I spoke to them several times, it is working, just very busy. They do security checks on the accounts. Please let the other people also know when your account is up again, I am with them for a couple of years already.

I haven't been able to login to Solidtrustpay, in spite of the fact that my username was confirmed, and my password was correct. I submitted a request for a new temporary password (usually just numerical), and that also doesn't work. I am waiting for the bank verification, the last step to enable me to withdraw funds, and I haven't received an e-mail confirming that I have finally been verified. All my documents were submitted for verification in the middle of December 2012 already. What do I have to do to get ANY reaction from them???!!!

For those who cant access your account, follow this simple step!

1. Log in to your account, STP will ask secret answer for verification of IP

2. Put wrong secret answer, or any word as long as its not the correct answer

3. STP will snd verification email

4. Click the link at your email then log in again.. then thats it

The server company that STP use has just been sold. The new company is dragging it's feet changing over all the database files. STP are tearing their hair out over this. I suggest we all try to be patient ... this will sort itself out over the next day or so.
