Browser Related Problems

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

I have been unable to open my project for weeks. It is almost the end of school and I have 100 students waiting for me to post their pictures in the hall. What gives? I deleted the pictures from my flashdrive and need them ASAP. I can log on but when I click on projects I get a top screen and the rest is white. I keep getting an error for months when I get about half way through what I am doing, 401error and then I can never get back in. It has been doing this for months. I have pictures in the cart since January. So it is Snapface with the problem not all of us!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 books from Snapfish. I got an email saying my payment was refunded, but not explanation why. I did a lot of work on the photobooks and have been trying to contact customer service for an explanation of why the order was refunded. I tried to contact them through the provided email (bounced back) and the website. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone for a week now!

I did't receive the Christmas cards I ordered; tracking said"poat office returned to sender; unable to deliver as addressed". the address on my account is correct.
When I try to access help I get this message: "It appears you have encountered a technical problem while attempting to browse Snapfish's help site. Please click here to submit a ticket to a technical representative to have your account repaired. Please note this only affects access to Snapfish help content. You can continue to use your Snapfish account for all other purposes." When I click "here" it directs me to Outlook which I don't have set up. I have no way to contact Snapfish. Is there a phone number? I found one -800-634-4500- no longer in service.

It was working fine when I ordered photo cards. No problems - when I went to go work on my calendars - it went to a blank screen. Since then I haven't been able to get back into the website. Shutterfly is the same problem for calendars - I guess everybody is trying to take advantage of the deal - too bad I won;t be able to due to the website being down.

Did get email saying my last order has shipped, but can't get the rest of my prints ordered or cards. They run great specials, however; no good if you can get on site. Not a happy person right now. Ditto for the NZ site, worked on a photo book all day 1/12 once I exited (had saved project and could see 1 project was saved) it would not reload the actual book, just blank pages displayed. I reported the issue and was told no issues their end and was my browser! They loaded my book into the cart for me so I could order it, but when I edited it for final tweaks was still unable to view .. may switch to different provider for photo gifts as found it too frustrating and time consuming tryin to get it to work with their site.

I just sat through 40 excruciating minutes to talk to someone on their customer service chat, who informed me that all sales, including calendars, 70% off $200, 60% everything else, etc., are going to be extended through 12/6. Perhaps they could have just put that message on their homepage and saved me the trouble, but at least now we know...

This website is horrible! It has been unresponsive and freezes or kicks me out in the middle of a big project. It is not just the Cyber Monday problem. I have spent 2 days trying to make a photo book. I am taking my business to Shutterfly. This website is NOT user friendly at all and I am sick of all of the problems and stress of trying to finish a simple project. Good riddance.
