Yes..I am having the same problem.. for DAYS now.. I mentioned it to 2 Shutterfly representatives in the last 4 days.. the 1st one said they have a glitch & is aware of the problem... the 2nd representative told me she didn't know anything about that.. I am using the custom pages only.. and every time I shut down my computer.. or have one of that "Snap" -errors.. every embellishment , page background I had saved is GONE.. & I have to start all over again looking for what I wanted as I continue..I'd hit the ceiling if the pages I made were gone.. thankfully those are all in order & are saving fine.. almost done with my book.. and now I see they are down for maintenance tonight.. Hope that's all it is!

You know how you can "get more" backgrounds, picture layouts, etc. that aren't in the Custom Path you initially choose? Twice now, Shutterfly has completely deleted ALL of the extras I've added, in ALL the categories. First happened last night, and again after I saved some work from this afternoon. My pictures and pages I've already made are still there, thank goodness. But talk about a s*** ton of wasted time. I'm getting really annoyed. Anyone else having this issue?

Everytime I try to make a photobook, it either won't completely load the page, it never loads at all, or I get a message stating, "Please rotate your device to make your project..." It's a laptop...rotating won't do a thing... Having issues the last two months everytime I try to make a book from my vacation. I can't upload a project since last night around 8:00 central time. Tried for several hours. Have tried again today and having the same issue. And now it is 50% off entire website but you can't order because you can't open a project to order it. I am so tired of shutterfly not being able to handle high traffic. I had a bad experience last night like everyone else, so I just live chatted with customer service. The first rep said there was nothing they could do but I had that agent escalate me to her supervisor who edited my saved offers to give me the 40% off that BLACKFRIDAY would have given me last night. I had Christmas cards and a photo book to order, but the site now just says "be right back". I was really hoping to use the 40% off cards and the 50% off photo books BlackFriday code. I called and requested (through automated response) that the promo be extended and it said I would get an email reply in 12 hours. Any time I try to save, I get a message that says, "Please try again. We are sorry for the trouble. It looks like something went wrong. Please try again." Items in my cart are missing an I am not able to access my saved projects. I put finishing touches on my Christmas Cards tonight and when I went to order had similiar error messages as others that would not let me place the item in my cart. I hope they extend the sale. I just checked their customer service page and they are acknowledging the site problems and are extending the Black Friday sale through 11/30. Check the Support Home page on Shutterfly and you will see where they have extended the sale. I took a screenshot of it just in case they don't honor it tomorrow. Can't order the Christmas card I created. Was hoping to use the Black Friday and Free Shipping codes. If they do not allow us to go back and use these codes after the site is up, I am not going to order from Shutterfly this year!

I just spent hours on a calendar and tried to save it. It's beenasking me to "please wait" for at least 10 minutes. Having trouble with the connect between shutterfly albums and the calendar project too. Next year I'm using Snapfish!!

Created a holiday card but cannot order it - get a Java error or some such thing. I'll try tomorrow and then use another service, I guess. Any recommendations?

Just put the finising touches on a photo book after an hour of working and now I can't save the design or order the book. Sure hope they extend the sale for another day after fixing the issues. #shutterfly down.

Have been working on my photo book all day. Adding the finishing touches this evening in order to submit before midnight for the 50% off sale. I'm hoping the sale is extended at minimum for an additional 24 hours due to the technical issues. :(

Created my order and the website will not allow me to save the project or order it. Have been on here for an hour and have lost everything. Not very happy.

It's not letting me preview my photobook that's I've spent three days working on! I had it almost ready to complete the order and just wanted to do a full preview before ordering when the discount ends. I hope the offer is extended!

Have been trying to order photo cards for the last hour and find it frustrating to get errors. I hope they will honor everything tomorrow since I can't even reach out to shutterfly!
