Cannot add funds been trying since yesterday 2pm and still cant do it, helpdesk just keeps turning out the auto reply VERY POOR they say you can use shops etc No if I wanted to trek round looking for a shop to buy my ticket I wouldn't be using online.They need to replace their IT team if they can't correct it in less than 24 hours

I have money in my National Lottery account, but the website has been down each time I have attempted to login since Friday evening (It is now Sunday), Up until Friday it was also telling me my VISA card was due to expire & that I need to change my card, yet as this is incorrect, my card is due to be replaced at the end of May, I don't need to be told by the NP that it needs to be changed now.

Update: Good news have solved problem, turned off Modem for 5 mins, then restarted and can now access it, but why did it go off in first place, thats why I want to know !!

I believe they are blocking from IP addresses they consider to be outside the UK, their software considers some UK sites incorrectly I think, stupid Camelot. You can prove this by using Security Kiss tunnel software.

Contacted my provider (Plusnet) who reset my connection at their end. This site now works correctly. Apparently the Camelot server was seeing my IP address as out of UK so wouldn't load. Once a new IP address had been allocated no more problems. Try contacting your provider.

I must say that I and am sure a few hundred people who use your website are very disappointed. I was able to add funds but not able to play games. Very unfair of you not to post something on the home page advising people to not put the minimum funds in, instead go and purchase from a store as we are having problems.

It has just this second come up as having a problem… I know that there are early warnings for this sort of thing.. Now you are probably down a few hundred thousand pounds and we don't have a ticket but you have our money.. Very unfair indeed

it just worked i managed to get a lucky dip to go through for tonight!!

i have managed to do 2 lines now. the trick is to sign in then hover over play games, click on euro millions enter your numbers etc click play and thats worked twice for me using chrome.

It is official: there is a problem accessing the Lottery site using Chrome. But you can access via Internet Explorer. Here is the official message on the website:
