Haven't ad anything in my email for a couple weeks, and can't login using URL-it wants me to "sign up". When I try it says name already in use. I don't want a new account-Iwant to keep my points.

I asked "Chip" if the website was down. This was the answer:
"Chip: Our system administrators are aware of the issue and are currently working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Generally, it takes between 2-4 hours to resolve these issues, but may take up to 24 hours. Your patience is appreciated."

I finally got in and it said to enter a code to unlock todays reward...well I've entered 2 coke rewards codes and it just says thanks you've added 10 points and then I when I go back to the 12 days of rewards page, it says enter a code to unlock again... what am I doing wrong?

Seems like the site is *barely* or intermittently up. I'm trying to submit a bunch of codes, and sometimes I get 2 in a row through, but most of the time I put in a code and it just hangs or says that the server has encountered an error. This is really getting on my nerves! I wish there was some way we all could yell in their ear electronically, but then it'd end up being like a DOS... and make things worse :(

Ok, Got in. Got the card. Got the confirmation email. The whole process was very quirky with lots of error screens and reloading the page. I went to and sent an email via that site. The email asked for help in getting the giftcard. Who knows if they will write back. Good luck to all you patient savers out there who struggled like me.

I don't often sign on to the mycokerewards website. Today it let me sign on long enough to grab a discounted 12 pack and enter a couple of codes. Then no more. Repeated attempts all fail. Via a google search I now see this has been an ongoing problem with Coke?? If so, one would think they'd GET IT FIXED!

Well, it might not be down, but at 5 minutes to enter a code and follow up "which product", and that's being very generous, it might as well be down. I see a ping of 7800 ms earlier today, so it's probably not just my connection.
