Can't Access MSN - Troubleshooting Instructions

If the site is UP but you cant access the page, try one of the below solutions:

Browser Related Problems

Force a full refresh for the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favourite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)

Clear the temporary cache and cookies on your browser to make sure that you have the most recent version of the web page. For instructions choose your browser :

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

Check our help page for step-by-step instructions on how to change your DNS.

Ed Powell · 16 March 2014 - 11:58

Wade Gann · 7 March 2014 - 10:26

MSN home page will not load, it goes directly to "Sign In". I tried my password and it says its not correct. It has done this to me before but out of the blue it starts working again.

John Ossenfort · 27 February 2014 - 07:46 seems to be missing most or all emails from 8:45 PM MST on Feb. 26 to about 7:20 AM today (Feb 27). Oddly enough, the emails show up on my cell phone but not on the web or on my computer (Thunderbird). They are not in Junk, Trash or Spam.

Barbara Heffernan · 17 February 2014 - 18:59

MSN goes down whenever I am looking at Ebay sites or doing anything on that site. When I am scrolling products, bidding, looking, it says program is shutting down, this happens all day and night for weeks. I feel like throwing this new Windows 8 computer out the windo or get rid of MSN. It is very frustrating and I am not getting good service from MSN. What is going on?

Norma Sue Gremar Ivie · 15 February 2014 - 21:26

MSN loads but it's all jumbled lines and white lines with file folders and usual information but not in the proper format. Can see emails, but none will open. Just get the spinner...

Kaetchen Schaefer · 13 February 2014 - 12:13

My msn. acct takes forever to load today, and won't allow me to move from one file to another. When I access it through Google, I'm asked to sign in every few minutes. What's going on?

Janis Bishop · 5 February 2014 - 11:18

I keep getting kicked out of MSN with a message saying it's not available. Started doing this to me yesterday. I get message "there is a problem signing in".

Pat Perry · 30 January 2014 - 17:51

I am having the same time. Everything that people have posted about what is going on is going on with mind. What can I do to fix it.

I can bring up other pages like FB orJay Leno web site or anything else but when I try to bring up MSN all I get is it try to flash on the http site or it will just go blank. What is wrong with it and how do I fix it.

Michael C Hedman · 27 January 2014 - 08:19

It is down. Other websites work fine, but MSN won't load after multiple attempts. Once or twice would get a partial load, but images and graphics didn't render.

Cindy Anderson · 26 January 2014 - 15:35

haven't been able to log into my msn home page for at east the past 24 hours. I get an error message "something went wrong and we can't sign you in right now. try again later"

Cheryl Plante Lartigau · 14 January 2014 - 21:29

MSN is not loading up for me. I have been having problems for the past six months and I am about to change my home page.

Linda Bowersox · 13 January 2014 - 12:41

Had problems loading my msn page today (Jan.13, 2014) would not load... has now loaded... problems AGAIN?

Kevin Chan · 12 January 2014 - 17:52

I've been having issues for a few days now. Links on MSN homepage open briefly (like 1-2 seconds) then says it's not there.

Susie Saul · 8 January 2014 - 10:10

My MSN will not load for me.. It is 11:08am here and I've been trying all morning.. All I get is the Green WOT circle spinning on the My MSN tab and a big white, blank page.. Anyone know what's going on? I can get regular MSN, just not my customized page..

Helen Simmers · 8 January 2014 - 08:52

MSN is doing its not loading again just like it was a few days ago. I know it's not me, all other sites load just fine. They need to get their act together or Microsoft is going to end up being just part of history because the way they are right now, they have no future.

Debbie Horenstein Rinetti · 7 January 2014 - 14:56

I can go on the msn homepage, but when I click on a story the heading comes up then goes away and states that the page is no longer there...

Wilma Kumar-Rubock · 7 January 2014 - 05:51

when I log in to, my favorites are no longer showing up and the greeting states "Welcome Guest." I know there were problems yesterday. Something else going on today?

Douglas Teten · 6 January 2014 - 11:41

Dear MSN Defenders – I am also having problems with the My MSN servers. I have been able to search the Internet enough to understand that this is an MSN issue.

However, one would think that MSN would make it known that there is a problem to their users, which has not been the case. Many of us have spent extra time today trying to figure out that it was an MSN issue and not something wrong with our PCs.

I believe that is the frustration that is emanating through these comments. It is not that the website is down, it is just that they refused to broadcast it leading people to waste time.

They should have a front-page announcement on MSN telling users that they are down and will resolved the problem as soon as possible. The silence is interpreted as uncaring and arrogant. After all if this was my business I would have put it in big bold letters so that my users would not waste time and could come back later when it is fixed. They have not done this and that is their crime.

Anita Vinton · 5 January 2014 - 11:00

WTF. I upgraded to 11 and many websites I visit tell me I need an updated browser? Where is MSN? Google Chrome sucks. What now?

If its NOT DOWN why do I get this everytime then???

Kathryn Praye · 4 January 2014 - 19:34

When I click on a link on the homepage, the article shows up for a second, then I get a message, Sorry, it's not here.

We don't have a page at this address. Can we help you find something?

Check the web address again. Go to the MSN homepage. Use the search box above. Check the MSN Directory.

Since it's a link from the homepage, I'm unsure what the problem could be.

Mike D Albrecht · 3 December 2013 - 07:29

every time I bring up my internet explorer where I have MSN.COM as my home page it brings me to the live log in screen. I think it may have something to do with my settings but I can not figure it out. PLEASE Help, Thank you

Thomas Drew · 21 November 2013 - 21:50

Christine Newtal-Ruifrok · 21 November 2013 - 19:55

I am getting message cannot deliver No MX or A records for, and sending from I pad from yahoo.

Gene Gauzner · 21 November 2013 - 18:24

same here: trying to email from yahoo mail and getting repeasted messages: Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. :No MX or A records for

Emmett McMahon · 21 November 2013 - 17:54

Hi, I am on YAHOO, I do have a friend who is on and most emails sent to him were not delivered, they came back stating that there were no records for it ?/ mI took the message as meaning the site could not be located or as down. I am glad I didn't take his advice to use MSN for a browser.

Andrea Blanks · 21 November 2013 - 15:21

Yes MSN is also down for me. I thought I was having problems with my internet connection. So, now I see I'm not by myself.

Linda Summerscales · 21 November 2013 - 15:08

MSN main page is up but according to the date at the top of the page it's 12th November 2013 with the headlines from that date and not 21/11/2013! Mail is off

Philip Main · 21 November 2013 - 14:58

MSN Uk is also down, unable to connect router keeps saying dns is not responding but I can access everything else. Is because XBOX 1 being released tonight

Thomas Spero · 21 November 2013 - 14:57

MSN is down for me right now, too. I can not access anything, MY MSN, MSN, MSN going through Facebook contact customer service, nothing. At least last time it was only MY MSN. this time it is everything.

Tony Lewis · 21 November 2013 - 14:56

I can't believe how people react when they can't get their email. OMG the world is coming to an end. I can't get my email... You people are crazy. Walk away from the computer for a while and discover the world outside.

Gareth Camies · 21 November 2013 - 14:55

I have pinged the server several times and have failed to get a response from it n it looks like its not just isolated as and are down, i'd say its more than just a minor disruption.

Bart Centre · 21 November 2013 - 14:50

can't sign on to msn, says it can't find an internet connection. Tried it with explorer and mozilla Firefox.. no go.

Jonathan Williams · 21 November 2013 - 14:48

Oops! Google Chrome could not find

Try reloading: www.msn.com That is all me and my brother are getting from different houses. -.-

Harry Winter · 15 November 2013 - 09:46 is constantly substituing "THERE OWN", website (search engin) for MSN! --- is that not a crime? I have to reload MSN Homepage every few hours!

Roger Prescott · 9 November 2013 - 11:32

It's as if nothing ever happened.

Nothing from MSN, nobody is talking about it.

It's as if the 3 days of Hell have simply gone down the MSN toilet. All better now, no diarrhea, no stink, here's the Kool-Aid and let's just drink.

And the peasants will not look hard at the Lord.

Roger Prescott · 8 November 2013 - 11:09

Dan, Dan, Dan...

I was aware. In August some concerned Canadian posted, in a MSN community forum, that MSN intended to shut down My MSN in Canada, in October.

You came back with a comment and edited my post. That's fine. But inaccurate. The point being that MSN has stated an intent to shut down a MSN market. Your assertion that the US is the "main" market is also inaccurate.

There is nothing I've seen that says protest prevented that from happening. Maybe it was just delayed until 11/6/13? Maybe in doing that, they accidently also affected thousands of US users? Maybe it didn't go perfectly. Maybe they were trying to help the federal healthcare fiasco, at the same time.

Dan, Dan, Dan... maybe, maybe, maybe.

As if it meant anything, to begin with. Maybe it does and probably it doesn't.

Once the lights and heat go out. after a storm, everyone in the blackout is screaming "when are they going to fix it!!!?

And once theirs comes back on, they do not care. Not about anyone else, at any rate.

Not unless a loved one is still blacked out.

I, for one, do care. I'd like to understand the blackout, and the storm, and how to stay out of such things or cope with them better.

Rich jokers buy generators - then stand in line at gas stations. The richer ones have a gas truck waiting. Those with the intel, do it all and fly to the tropical island before the storm hits.

And Dan -

If you'd read more carefully (accurately) you would've seen that the Canadian guy WAS talking about "My MSN."

Just saying.

Be well - we're all in this together.

Daniel Barrett · 8 November 2013 - 10:23

To Roger Prescott
WTF? You posted a comment that was responding to the Canadian MSN site closing--not explanation to that effect. I clarified. Keep your insane conspiracy theories and cryptic babble to yourself--I just politely filled in the information you omitted. Sheesh.
Roger Prescott:
"This is from a MSN Community posting from August. Anybody see a lightbulb coming on over their head?
I use MSN My Page. Why will it be discontinued? "

Roger--they are referring to the CANADIAN version of my.msn. That version was scheduled to be discontinued for technical reasons in October probably having to do with the Canadian servers but the discontinuation got cancelled after public outcry.

There is absolutely no indication from MS that they plan to cancel the main American site.

Roger Prescott · 8 November 2013 - 10:13

Mine is back. No messing with compatibility - guess MSN got sobered up.

Now, this thread is dead and all the wisdom written will be sucked into the toilet called cyberspace. But it was great while it lasted. Guess I'll go replace that bottle of Scotch... Hello? Hello? (tap-tap) Anybody there?

Susan Russell Evans · 8 November 2013 - 09:49

Thank you Harry Howard. Compatibility worked for me.It is good to see it back I have had it for so long and was really missing it. Who would have believed it was something so simple.

Roger Prescott · 8 November 2013 - 09:13

Tom Testi - Have you tried refreshing the page, on your cell phone?

Your cell can save the last time you used it on your cell phone, and this cached page appears from before the event.

If, however, you have refreshed (or gone to a link and back to it) and you get your full page again - then you are truly blessed by God (MSN) and it's a miracle!!!

That would be why it is. Amen.

Donna Eastman Godfrey · 8 November 2013 - 08:36

My MSN is not working properly. The text is only on the left side and scrambled. This has been going on for 2 days, very annoying

Vick Welsh · 8 November 2013 - 08:35

If msn is changing the layout of my msn home page please face up so I can find another format that I like and is usable!!!

Tom Testi · 8 November 2013 - 08:03

all of my computers are scrambled, but NOT my homepage on my cell phone... anyone have any ideas why would that be?

Roger Prescott · 8 November 2013 - 07:51

Roland W - That text is from a forum in October, 2011, regarding the roll out of My MSN, version 10. This is November, 2013.

What is Microsoft saying as of 11/8/13? Hello? Hello? (tap-tap) Are you still there? Is anyone there? Hello?

Roger Prescott · 8 November 2013 - 07:26

To Daniel B.

Please get more informed. Canada was a test of a market. First, do you know that MSN servers are dedicated by country? Or is it language? In the same vein, you argue why MSN might choose NOT to preannounce - get it? As you say, apparently they tested for reaction, and got reaction.

Second, there is absolutely nothing from MSN - after 3 days now - that this isn't deliberate, either. Nothing, really, from Microsoft at all.

Don't make up facts not in evidence.

Roland Winterdal · 8 November 2013 - 07:17

This is from Microsoft:

To enrich your user experience through new features, functionality and design, MSN is currently migrating all existing My MSN users to the new My MSN. An earlier phase of this migration allowed users to try the new My MSN in a beta form while returning to their original My MSN page if they so chose. However, production has recently progressed to the point where we are now able to release the latest My MSN to all of our users. As a result, current My MSN users will, over the coming weeks, be migrated to the new My MSN permanently.

Roger Prescott · 8 November 2013 - 07:15

Thanks again, Brett K, for another useful comment and update - at least you are looking at things as they are.

As I've posted (scroll down) it looks more and more as if this "problem" is deliberate.

Getting rid of My MSN and forcing users to find another home would certainly free up billions of GBs of server space - which can then be used for their paid services. Go figure. Hope I'm proven wrong, I, obviously and for the same reasons you did, liked the homepage.

Diana T. Mackiewicz · 8 November 2013 - 07:01

my.msn page is scrambled and has been for several days... on all computers where I have an account this is appearing.

Michael R. Rhoads · 8 November 2013 - 06:52

The MSN home page, and more specifically My MSN home page, is scrambled. No columns; it is all scrambled on the left hand side of the screen -- this is if you are facing the screen. What can I do and where I can go to fix this problem?

Brett Krasnov · 8 November 2013 - 05:22

As many have said here, snarkily or otherwise, this is Not an MSN site so while it is nice to vent here, not much will be done unless someone there looks at this site. Below is a link to a real MSN forum where this issue is being discussed, but as of yet I see no signs that MSN is responding to this. Maybe if more people post there it will get some answers. You may have to sign up to reply. At least the links on the unformatted page still work so I can sort of usw what was saved, but still very annoying. Good luck to all of us

Suzanne Glazer Genovese · 8 November 2013 - 05:22

I have the same problem as everyone else, "MY MSN" all scrambled. Just wondering how long to wait until I move on to another homepage. I have a mac with Safari and never had a problem before.

Charlie Merz · 8 November 2013 - 05:21

I concur with Gary Smith and the others. I went into system restore before I went to comments on this site. Nothing worked, although I can access MSN through windows 8. I hope this can be fixed bc I have gotten so used to My MSN and the way I have customized it.

Linda Bowersox · 8 November 2013 - 05:18

In response to Gary, I have windows 7 and internet exp.10 and my msn does not work. That's unreal that they want $$$ to fix! I'm ready to give up and get a Yahoo home page. This is ridiculous!!

Gary Smith · 8 November 2013 - 04:58

I called Microsoft yesterday and they told me that the problem was with my IE and it was corrupt and that they needed to remote into my computer to fix it, but it would cost me $$$ to do so. Not a chance! this is a wide spread problem that others are experiencing. I tried to tell them that but got no response back from them. It is day 4 with this problem. I have tried everything to fix it with no success. HELP!

One more note: works fine on a win 7 with IE 8, . will not work on Win 8.1 Pro IE 11.

Bill Smith · 8 November 2013 - 04:44

I am another person whose my.msn page is not loading or displaying properly. It happens in internet explorer and Chrome. the Outlook page loads fine so I can still get me email but my home page is all screwed up. What did Microsoft do?

Nan Amanda Grimmer · 8 November 2013 - 04:22

I am so glad I found your website! My msn is also totally jumbled, and has been for 3 days. I thought the problem must be me, now I realize it is with msn. My husband is ready just to dump msn, but I am reluctant to do that because so many people have our msn e-mail address because we have had it for years. So ... does anybody know how to actually tell someone at msn about this problem or do I just live with it or is it time to try gmail?

Tony Farina · 8 November 2013 - 04:22

Wednesday night, came home and the page was scrambled. Got to work yesterday, and it was fine all day long. Got on at home last night, and it was scrambled. Both PCs are running Windows 7. ?

Gail Atkinson Pendarvis · 8 November 2013 - 03:55

I got a message that said the page is 'UP' but that maybe it isn't working for me. Really? I don't think so! Too many are having problems for 3 days now for it to be my computer. My page looks like a bad report that would get an 'F' and they are trying to say there is no problem. Time for them to admit that the problem isn't our computers. Fix it already!

Luis F Castiblanco · 8 November 2013 - 03:49

I do not believe it is related to the browser. I experience the same problem in Firefox, IE 10, IE 11 and chrome.

Kenneth Colamarino · 8 November 2013 - 03:46 works fine. Only is totally jumbled. Three days now. It was in the past an intermittent problem. Looks like another MSN attempt at trying to forcie us to use what they want us to use, i.e. Windows 8 useless apps

Lori Sambor · 8 November 2013 - 03:45

just got a popup on my garbled mymsn page and the popup was quite perfect and told me that Internet Explorer has been updated. Is it possible this mymsn problem is only on Safari browser

Luis F Castiblanco · 8 November 2013 - 03:40

I have used this portal since the beginning of times. Perhaps, it is time to look at other alternatives. It is not acceptable that microsoft takes more than three days to address our concerns.

Linda Bowersox · 8 November 2013 - 02:03

So, here it is 5Am on East Coast, Fri. 11/8 and this damn page is still not fixed. I'm starting to think they're not going to fix it! This is day 3!!! Oh, wait, I just thought, is this the same team that's fixing the gov'ts healthcare website? Finally signed up yesterday with a lousy plan and after hours and hours and 2 trips to Highmark. I was told at Highmark, they've only signed 10% of people that have come in. Anyway, thought I'd share that frustration. Lol

Andy Elms · 7 November 2013 - 20:32

Question, msn wants me to verify that my hotmail account is realy mine. "Call us overprotective, " that message. It states that they will send a message to my inbox to verify, but I can't access my inbox! When I try to it's taking me back to the same message

Laurie Kanner · 7 November 2013 - 18:56

My msn homepage on IE is scrambled right now. I do not know what the issue is but it has been like this all night. All of the text is pushed to the left side and nothing can be done on the page.

Linda Kimelheim Levitt · 7 November 2013 - 18:36 is a mess - it happened yesterday for no reason - will this get fixed? I just switched from IGoogle - will this be a loss also? Please help - what happened?

Roger Prescott · 7 November 2013 - 17:21

This is from a MSN Community posting from August. Anybody see a lightbulb coming on over their head?

"I use MSN My Page. Why will it be discontinued?

I have used the MSN my page for a very long time and use it to manage my life and business. I really like the fact that I have all my links to all my important sites right in front of me on my homepage. I also have all my news and weather the way I want it. Today I noticed a sign saying that this service will be discontinued effective October 2013. MSN suggests I use the new MSN page however it does allow me to put my personal links on the page. I have tried other pages in the past such as iGoogle, netvibes and page flakes but have always preferred the MSN my page. One would think if it will be discontinued that they would be replaced with something better.

I hope that Microsoft will reconsider canceling the service since it is very useful. No matter where I am or on what computer I can login and access all of my linked sites. This is extremely useful to me. I actually love the interface as well.

So tell me why would they canceled this? what would be a good replacement ?"

Rick DeBari · 7 November 2013 - 16:49

I just went to the following link for MSN help at: The following message was there acknowledging the problem: "November 7, 2013 - PROBLEMS WITH MY.MSN CUSTOMIZED HOMEPAGE. There is currently an issue that some are seeing when going to the page. Some are seeing a default or jumbled page instead of their customized homepage. This issue is being investigated and we are working on a fix. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience."

That post that I put YES THATS WHAT THEY JUST TOLD ME.. maybe you can call them here goes the num... 800-642-7676... even btr go to MSN Member Center and try to fix it if you DONT HAVE PREMIUM

Nick Gumba · 7 November 2013 - 16:07

does anyone really care about a missing home page/home page something else more important - get real people !!!

Roger Prescott · 7 November 2013 - 15:44

Seeing a LOT of stupidity happening here, now, people.

Like having MSN Premium could make a difference. It can't and it doesn't. MSN Premium is like those extended auto warranties or life insurance - either you don't need or you're dead. But if you call on something like this, they make money and you go through Hell, until they finally admit there was nothing they could do in the first place.

THERE IS NOTHING TECH SUPPORT CAN DO - NOT THE TECH YOU CAN ACCESS. You think some dork with a headset in India or the Philippines can fix a Microsoft Server? The dork can't even call them up! Smarten up, people!

Yeah, like one or two might read this good advice. As I've been saying, posting on this site does nothing! Zero, NaDa. But you feel better that you could post somewhere, anywhere, don't ya?

Susan O'Brien · 7 November 2013 - 15:09

Me too. I'm having the same problem that all of you have described. I thought it was my computer and almost took it the repair person. Why haven't they said anything about this. Any one know how to contact them???

Ted Keane · 7 November 2013 - 14:48

Why hasn't Microsoft sent out e-mail to its users to acknowledge that they are aware of the my msn homepage problem and that they are working on fixing it?

Roger Prescott · 7 November 2013 - 14:48

I don't know about the rest of you - but I'm getting a really bad feeling.

Maybe this time they won't be able to fix it. Then, it'll be some kind of new and expensive thing.

But the bad feeling is this makes me all the more aware of how dependent we have become, and all that information about ourselves we place in the hands of others, who we don't know and don't know what they are doing with it. Only a sucker believes a stranger or thing that says, "trust me."

That is why you all are so upset - you cant easily get to your information. Think about it.

Think? Yeah, that's gonna happen... not.

Joseph Stricker · 7 November 2013 - 14:43

Good to know my Msn page is not the only one with a problem... It is all jumbled to the left side of the screen... Hope they fix it soon

Mary Goodman Pacini · 7 November 2013 - 14:30

Yes, display is scrambled. Everything overlaps on left side. Doing this on 3 computers that I own. Started 11/5/13. Still not changed as of 11/7/13.

George Jen · 7 November 2013 - 13:51

Like everyone else, my MSN homepage is in all text format and justified in one column to the left. It started about 4:00 AM on 11/06/13 and continues unabated. Nothing works to correct the problem

Daniel Kane · 7 November 2013 - 12:53

Having read several comments about how messed up My MSN is for everyone else I don't feel alone anymore. Have they made any attempt to fix it?

Ron Nicholas · 7 November 2013 - 12:35

Same problems that everybody else is happening. It's been this way since early Wednesday morning( 11/06/2013). MSN has not updated "the problem" since yesterday afternoon. What gives with them?

Roger Prescott · 7 November 2013 - 12:17

I know!!! Let's all cry and whine, together! Make a really big noise so they can't just ignore us, and, and, and...
Truth is, from this site nobody is listening. And trying to get people together on anything? Yeah, like that's going to happen.
---- Geez. What if Microsoft can't unscramble the eggs?

Lary Alba · 7 November 2013 - 11:25

Day #2 or 3 (not sure)... My MSN home page is all text & frames down left side of screen... very weird & it's happening in both Chrome & MSIE. My problem conforms to the complaints of everyone else exactly, so not worrying. It'll clear up.

Debi Hayes · 7 November 2013 - 11:22

Msn home page is not working correctly. All info is on left side of screen without any pics, etc. 2 days now and is driving me crazy.

Ruth Ann Sakala · 7 November 2013 - 10:59

I, too, have trouble with my MSN home page since yesterday -- all info is on left side of screen and doesn't show my email -- choppy and overlay -- can someone say what is wrong and when it will be back to normal?

Karin Gehm Barrett · 7 November 2013 - 10:34

This is crazy, it has been over 2 days that the "mymsn" home page is messed up. Same issue as everyone else here. The onlu comfort I have is that it isnt my computer. I only have Firefox and IE installed and it looks the same on both

Jeanne Kosch · 7 November 2013 - 10:33

It is okay on my Kindle Fire Tablet and my laptop running Windows 8. But it is not working on my laptop running Windows 7. The other day there was an update to Java. I wonder if that is what is causing the problem.

Fran Mathews · 7 November 2013 - 10:19

The web page seems to have lost its formatting. Nothing but white on right hand side. Stuff on right hand side overlapping on left hand side. No pics or heading. All messed up. Maybe I'll try to view with Firefox.

Sue Coffey Singleton · 7 November 2013 - 09:53

MSN Homepage is not displaying correctly. This is the 2nd day it appears fragmented and jumbled all over the page.

Nancy Spereno · 7 November 2013 - 09:41

My MyMSN is loading to the right side of the screen for over 24 hours, on both Google Chrome and IE.
