Fix DNS Problems

I'm getting error saying Some areas of this website are currently unavailable. . reference number 1900. contacted members service and was told that this is known issue, site is unavailable because they are running updates. I have this problem for more than a week and was told that site may be (!) up after Nov 3rd. Is this a joke? What kind of update are they running?

Have been trying to access my account for the last 24 hours. Was told to try after they were finished updating. Did so and nothing. Was told it was because so many people were trying to access the account at once, so volume...but I live in Hawaii and was trying to access the site when the rest of the country was asleep, so what's that about? Very frustrating

I was having the same problem as many folks here - after trying to log in, I would get sent to a random page that never finished loading. After a lot of experimentation I seem to have found a solution: enabling third-party cookies in the browser. Instructions below. I'd recommend disabling third-party cookies again after you're done using the site, but that's up to you.

Chrome

go to Chrome Preferences (or the url "chrome://settings") -> Show Advanced Settings -> Privacy -> Content Settings -> check Allow Local Data To Be Set and uncheck Block Third-Party Cookies And Site Data -> Done.

Firefox
--------
go to Firefox Preferences -> Privacy -> check Accept Cookies From Sites and select "Always" from the dropdown menu for Accept Third-Party Cookies -> OK

Internet Explorer
-------------------
go to Internet Options -> Privacy -> move privacy slider to "Medium High" or lower -> OK

My son has been trying to login to Express Scripts without success. A "Review the Terms of our Member Website" pops up. He checked "I Agree" and the site just says "please wait" forever. He is thus unable to login to make changes to the account

On my IPAD thru google search engine the screen has frozen for 3 days now as soon as I get to the sign-in page... and I cannot move to any other page from Google and I can't input my sign-in info in.... the loading stalls out about 3/4 of the way

hard to believe a big co. could have that many problems.

I have been trying for two days to reorder prescriptions which I receive via mail order. I can access the website, but nowhere on it am I able to actually reorder the RX's, This has never happened before, and it is starting to look as if perhaps they are really manipulating it so we are forced to use automatic refills.

Just because the website is working doesn't mean that you can sign on. Being able to sign on is the real importance, not just seeing their log-in page.

I too, could not get past the terms of service page. To work around the problem you must create a new online account using a new user name. Once done you will be able to log in.

It does not appear that the Express Scripts (Catamaran) site is actually "UP". I have just talked with a rep there who indicates they are getting many calls from people attempting to access the log-in page who end up in a loop when attempting to respond to the "Privacy Notice". I was told they have no time frame yet within which the programming problem is to be resolved. I have left a message suggesting that someone place a 'temporary message' on the page at least acknowledging that there is an issue and that it is being addressed. The staff appear to be very patient and congenial and are doing what they can do but it appears that the site has some debugging to do before they are ready to provide the services that their motto suggests are to be possible. "Express Scripts" seems to be an ironic brand name for the services currently as it seems to this client more like an express elevator to Hell! :(

Still down with same symptoms on Jan. 22@6:54AM.. must be the storm is wiping out their staff and server! Very infuriating after having spent hours on the phone with Customer Service and techs trying to resolve the issues with my account and I was assured that all would be good after 48 hours and recycling of data base. That was nearly five days ago! :(((
