BA site down for three hours now: the page to which BA website directs "does not exist". They themselves redirect incoming calls to a page that does not exist. One hopes their flights are more reliable than their web service.

Seriously, what use does one have of an airline who is unable to manage its web pages?

the site is screwed up - not connecting when logging in, breaks down when enquiring for avios flights, asks for confirmation of contact information at each logon - and does not accept command, making site access impossible - and call enter has more than an hour wait!! also phone numbers are incorrect - logged in as silver member phone number responds as "Executive Blue Line".... has been going on for days now

Tried several times to book my return flights today but I keep getting a 'booking error' and 'system error' message at the confirmation of payment stage! Telephoned BA as advised to see if my booking has been completed and waited ages only to be told it hadn't gone through, but was assured. promised even, that it would work second time around - five tries later and i'm fed up!!

Yes, when I eventually accessed their site, there was a message that they are experiencing technical issues for booking and on line check in. In other words all passengers and potential passengers are totally f****d. How can this be allowed to happen? If airlines can keep their planes in the air with computers then surely they can run an on line check in facility without it crashing.

You can't check in with BA online because the Zip code is wrong, but it doesn't matter which hotel zip code I enter its wrong.... except there not wrong its the BA webshit that's wrong ! Been sat on hold for 30 minutes now listening to BA bragging about what you can do on their webshit, except you can't, neither can you speak to anybody. I'd recommend you book with somebody else.

The website may be up, but the online check-in facility is appallingly slow. I've been trying to check in for a flight now for 35 minutes and it's only half-way through the process. There must be a problem (bad design, meaning they can't cope with the volume of traffic?), but needless to say there's no helpful information on the website. If you ring up the helpline, you get a recorded message saying that the line is closed until 6am tomorrow morning, and directing you to the website - not much help when the website's not responding! This is customer service? I don't think so.
