Logged on this morning to track food and my phone app has yesterdays points, and the date is Tuesday, November 4, when it is clearly the 3rd. I went to the website and it has yesterdays points and today's date. I tried to refresh the site and nothing changes, The aggravates me, because I like to enter everything in the morning and then go to work.

This site is down more than any other site I use. The LEAST they could do is make a screen for when the site is down and approximate when it will be back up. The most they could do is do this maintenance in the middle of the night/early morning. This is unprofessional.

I switched from online membership to points plus membership on Oct. 12th. Paid for 3 months in advance. Have not been able to log in to the app since then. I've tried both Firefox and IE, tried both on Windows and Macintosh, and cleared all cookies - I still can't use the tracker, nor is the login button working on their main pages. I ran debugger on IE and got an error that 'openPlanManager is undefined' - so they must have changed the site and not tested it correctly. I haven't been able to use this site for 2 days right after signing up - I'll give them a couple of more days but I'm ready to ask for a refund right now.
