Website locks up Internet Explorer every time I open it. It works on Chrome, but I use IE for everything else. Locks up so completely that I have to go to the Task Manager to close IE.

I have only been able to use the app very briefly after speaking to the help line three times yesterday, deleting and reloading the App three times and changing my password four times. When I ask WW for my username - because the App does not recognise either my Username or password (when they have already worked) . truly fed up with it. The real shame is that for the few minutes that i could access my account the App worked well.

I've been a member in the past and always felt it was the most sensible (if not the 'sexiest') way to lose weight, so after seeing the Oprah commercial and grousing about my post holiday rump, I decided to join again. Been trying to sign up since Saturday night and the whole experience has been a big fail. I couldn't actually figure out what the eating plan was, only that somehow I was going to go 'beyond the scale' and feel just great about myself. I saw pictures of apple pie and lasagna, which is btw how I got to the state where I'm rejoinging WW! The actual website functions are a mess. I would click to join and end up on the previous page; I filled in information countless times only to be unsuccessful when trying to pay, etc. Finally decided to call the 800 number. An automated voice told me I'd be on hold because of high call volume and would I answer a survey AFTER my experience. Sat on hold for 6 minutes then the automated survey just came on asking me about my satisfaction with their customer service. If they don't get it together and they end up with people being as frustrated and ticked off as I am right now all this excitement about Oprah is not going to translate into one dime of profit. So disappointed.

Website and app have been wonky all week. I fasted for a medical procedure and looked forward to eating and tracking weight watcherschocolate shredded wheat when I was done. Of course, it is not listed on the new app; weight watchers has not even finished adding their own products to the app.!! I got the nutritional information from the free app MyFitness pal. Having been able to access it now for two weeks, getting fed up, thought it must be me, so said I had forgot my log on and was sent an email with two different log on's know both mine but not which one was current so tried both no good, so said I had forgot my password and had a response both times saying link to change sent to two different email addresses neither of which is mine. FitPoints not updating since early Saturday (December 12). Worked fine up to that point. The WW site was down for awhile, then when it came back both my wife and I were unable to track FitPoints logged by our FitBits. We have tried disconnecting and re-connecting our Fitbits and also logging completely off the WW site and logging back on.........to no avail. A little frustrated, since this really needs to work in order to get the most out of the new program.

I STILL cannot get the website or app to work on my IPad, Computer or IPhone. I haven't been able to track food well over a week. I am going to freeze my account and demand to be reimbursed money for the days I was not able to access anything
online. I have been a member of WW since 1973 and this is the worst experience I have had. Timing could not be worse.........the holidays!!! REALLY?????? I am so mad and disappointed. Shame on WW for the slow response and not taking care of the problem in an acceptable manner. We all deserve to have the month of December credited.

I can usually access the site, but point values for food have changed, the weekly "accounting period" varies, activity points and pointsplus aren't being tracked properly. Also, there are fewer activities listed, i.e. instead of walking 2 mph or 3 mph or up stairs, it's just "walking." You can't just type in what you did; you have to scroll down the huge list until you find the activity. And you can't leave feedback. Really, really frustrating, and yes, they should refund subscriber's money.

I have tried entering my breakfast 6x and it won't track or subtract from my daily points.
The President of WW sent an e-mail a coupl of weeks ago apologizing for the inconveniences we had experienced. THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE PEOPLE!!!!! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!
I want a REFUND for the days I haven't been able to access/post my information. I have been sitting at this computer for 1-1/2 hours

Upstate New York. App and website full of glitches. This has been happening since they began the switch to the new program. For the cost of a monthly pass, I have to say I am not happy with this performance. I will be looking for some kind of rebate for the days I have not been able to access the tracker or other information. If anyone knows of a collective effort toward some remuneration, please post it widely.

Yup, everything is down here in Boston as well. I'll just have to wait until they are back up and running and log everything then. It's frustrating, but it is pretty much impossible for a new platform to operate completely smoothly no matter how well it is tested. I am hoping, in the end, that the new app will be more beneficial than the older one.

Yes, just came back from monthly Lifetime weigh-in, the computers were down at the WW Store. Now I tried to login to my online Dashboard and can't get all the way through to My Day....brings me to Profile Questions then says can't retrieve weight information....error 500.

What a disappointment! If you're going to change an app then test it first. Lost all the values of a lot of my favourites, hate not being able to log multiple favourites at once, and then when you try to add a points value it freezes. Now can't get on app or website to log. Come on Weight Watchers ... you're a global company .... get it sorted!!!

My phone app id down too, why in the world would release a new app during the holiday time when your paying customers need it the most--I think I am going to go back to a pencil and paper to track and cancel! Weight Watchers should give everyone a credit for the month of December, this app is unusable and the few times it was working , I liked the old app better!!

I just registered for the online programme in the UK. Bugs and error codes on the website everywhere. It wouldn't tell me my points allowance and said I'd already achieved my fitness goals (before I even started). No answer from tech support (four attemps just timed out) and so many admin links are broken too - I can't even read how to cancel or what terms and conditions are. I have emailed to request immediate cancellation and refund. But I'm also tempted to report them officially as I have a feeling no one will deal with that either... SO disappointed.

Unbelievable that WW would pick the holidays to overhaul their website and app. The previous app worked great. I haven't been able to track for over a week now. I attend the weekly meetings and we were told on Saturday the website and app are being updated as the WW plan will be changing. The meeting leader mentioned she has been doing the new plan since Sep and has had results with it.

The app will track everything but food! I'm annoyed that I am going to have to delete all of the foods I previously entered, one at a time, because their point values are 0 and can't be edited. The app gets confused between old entries and new ones even when I choose the new entry with the correct points value.

I have re-installed the app on my iPad. It still does not work. My iPhone is 4s, so the new app is incompatible. I still cannot get past the intro screen on the computer so my account doesn't work there. I finally got tech support online late this afternoon and all they could say was that tech support was still working on bugs and they suggested that I notify Weightwatchers through the feedback button, which I had already done 3x with no response. I have been unable to access my account since Saturday afternoon. Tomorrow, if the account is not up, I will cancel because they charge the credit card 15 days before the monthly pass expires.

Has anyone else noticed that in addition to the app/website CONSTANTLY crashing lately, that the food points have also changed? I was finally able to login today to track dinner, and it says that now 8oz of cooked chicken is 5 pts+ as opposed to 8pts+, two dates are now 8pts+ instead of 4, 1oz of feta is now 3 pts+ instead of two... this is a joke. What am I paying money for? We might as well cancel service and use myfitnesspal instead. We're pretty much doing the work for it anyways.

Can't connect to server from iphone and from my computer, there is gibberish all over the site. Can't log in. Getting really tired of this. I count on my iphone ap to get me through the day! I'd like a refund for December. Don't have time for this.

I haven't been able to access the WW at all today and it's been working off and on for the last few days. Hope they give some sort of credit since the service is being paid for and I am unable to use it.

I can't access WW either and echo all the other comments made above. I think WW should give us all a Christmas present of a free month's service - give us a credit in January already! If they don't, then they risk losing a lot of people, including myself.

It's my first day back on the program after a couple of years of doing other things. The site and app are not back up and running even if this site says that it is. Please provide an ETA of when we will be able to access the site properly. This is outrageous that we are all paying so much money to use the tools we desire to stay on track yet they are not accessable.

Use my Iphone for this and it tells me when I download the new app that I need an older version to work with my 2 year old I phone. I would be happy to go back to the old app. When I say okay, it downloads again and says my phone does not work with the new app. I requested Weight Watchers buy me a new I phone. The rep said they would extend me 2 extra weeks on my paid fee. Why would I want 2 more weeks of anything that I can not use. I will consider this to be credit fraud if they charge me again.

II'm not able to use the website or the app so can't track my weight, which I do every monday, can't track my food and activity. Can't browse and learn about the new plan and how it works. I think we deserve an ETA on when these problems will be fixed AND a work-around option for the meantime. :(

This is ridiculous beyond belief! WW has been a part of my everyday lifestyle for several years now, and it's become so UNreliable in the past week, not to mention the awful changes just made to the site, both online and the mobile app. It's plain confusing!

Looks like both the site and the app are down right now. The website only shows top menu and with weird content and nothing else, non of the links work. The app keeps loading when opened but doesn't show anything. So annoying! I need the application to work to track my daily points, otherwise what's the point?!
