Have used Virgin Mobile for a year and have to call in every other month to get into my account online. Website is one of the worst I've seen - unreliable, not intuitive for the user, asks for same information again and again. They keep saying they are fixing the problem, yet it keeps repeating itself. Grow up and be a real company, Virgin.

Virginmobile hasn't emailed bills ready since Feb 2013. Check a bill - say N/A for April 16 2013. Anyone else have this problem in BC. Site slow to respond most of since signing up. Any ideas?
