Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

I can't get a customs for to print...make it through the entire 3 page form and go to hit print and it won't print. They won't take my packages at the post office without the customs forms that are done on-line - so what are we supposed to do?

To those who are confused about the "Regional rate box" comment - USPS recently upgraded their website and left out the shipping choices for the regional rate boxes. All they are now saying is those choices are available again. It's not a big deal.

Very disappointed that USPS no longer offers a discount for paying/printing label online. Huge increases for the new price change since they removed the discount. Padded flat rate went from $5.70 to $6.85 and large flat rate from $15.80 to $18.35!

Commercial Base pricing, Regional Boxes, and being able to get the print screen for the labels is still broken for the third day in a row. I have found some workarounds. For all but Padded Flat Rate Envelopes, I have been using the PayPal Shipping system which still is providing Commercial Base pricing. They don't have the Padded Flat Rate Envelopes so I continue to use the USPS site for that and here's how I print the labels. As soon as I pay for them and the page starts spinning, I open a new tab and get back to Click N Ship. Then I go to my History tab, select Print Labels from the drop-down toward the top, and then select the Labels to print. It takes a full sheet for each label but at least I can get them printed.
