Created 6 labels a few hours ago (like Normal). I went in to create another label and it told me "We are unable to find any available service options for this label, please review your label and try again." Well, fine then. I tried again and it magically decided the address I entered was acceptable (I'm positive it was the exact same address I had already tried). Proceeded to my shipping cart to pay and print AND....ALL MY LABELS HAVE BEEN DELETED! What the heck is going on?!?! FIX IT! I am SO DONE with USPS and all of its problems. Personally, everyone working on the USPS website should be FIRED. They are utterly useless, as they prove time after time again. My company relies on this site, but clearly they don't want my money after all.

I usually create several labels at a time. For the past month or so, the first label I create from my address book does not populate the State so I have to put it in manually. There's no warning that the State didn't populate on that first label so after 8 or 10 labels have been created, none of the labels would add to my cart and it was not clear why not. I am using a MASTERCARD and an AMERICAN EXPRESS aaaaand my PayPal. USPS Click & Ship worst service ever. NEVER use the Package or Mail intercept option. It is a RIP-OFF. They NEVER intercept any mail but they will charge you for it. When you request for a refund, they say, well, we didn't say we can always intercept any mail but sorry NO REFUND.

As a small business consumer of USPS, we are very frustrated that USPS.com will not accept payment for the labels we try to create online, which means we are not able to print at our office. We have to take all our packages to a post office, and they are all international, expensive shipping rate, time-consuming packages.

We've always been happy to give our international clients the option of USPS, since other services are more expensive. However, after a couple months of multiple types of payment being rejected, multiple hours spent waiting on hold for customer support (only to be told it's a technical error and they're "aware of it, but there's nothing they can do at the moment"), spending accumulative of several hours a week waiting in line at understaffed post offices, we are switching completely over to another carrier.

I can see other comments of frustrated people with the same problem, so I know it's not just an isolated incident, or a problem with all of our multiple methods of payment.

Not worth it by a long shot. Even if the service wasn't so crappy, the attitude of their support staff is depressing at best and utterly dismissive at worst.

We love our friendly mail-carriers and wish them the best, but the rest of USPS's convoluted bureaucracy should be allowed to die out to let their more capable competitors absorb their consumers.

Is the tracking server down as well? I've had several people tell me that their tracking has not updated in a couple days. One in FL, one in Canada, and one in NJ. Mine has not either. Anyone else having a problem with this?

will work properly with firefox, but with safari unable to go to second page because it says it is waiting for a delivery address (which I entered. Very strange

The site will work if you add the address into your address book, and make a label from there. You also have to be in IE10 or higher for it to work.

It WILL NOT WORK NORMALLY!

Trying to make a label for a flat rate box. It will not recognize ANY address and will not go to the next screen

The trick today is to use any address in your USPS address book... then change the name/address to the one you want to ship to and it will work. That's what we had to do today. USPS is the most rotten system. They have Spiderman swinging across the screen when they should be fixing these problems! Unbelievable!! What kind of organization lets critical website problems persist with no penalty to anyone in the organization? Absolutely unreal!

Same people that made the Obamacare website I am quite sure!!! Ok... enough ranting... I'll get back to work!!

2 hours on hold, great tech guy --- said 4 updates this week and each one broke a browser --- loaded Firefox temporarily and click/ship works again. Go figure!

For the past two days, printing international labels has been impossible. With about 30 packages to go and with prices between $25 to $60 each, one would think USPS would get its act together. Oh, how about a 2+ hour wait with no answer from their help (?) line?

Looks like their login server is down or is getting DOS'd. Can't create an account or log into an existing account and hence can't print a shipping label.

Multiple issues and tries for ONE shipping label. 45 Min later, after alternately trying Chrome and IE, I refreshed and re-entered all shipping info. I finally was able to pay for and print a label. After many years using this site, it is for the most part non functional for at least a month now. Internet traffic and holidays have nothing to do with it.

Errors galore this morning as usual. You'd think they'd worry more about Click n Ship running smoothly and less about getting Spiderman to swing across the front page. Spend thousands at USPS a year and it's time to switch to a dependable carrier.

I'm a heavy daily user of C&S and it's been an incredibly frustrating month with this haphazard web site. Yesterday I had to use Firefox to update my address book and Chrome to create and print the labels. Then when I had more labels to create, I had to do just the opposite. On top of all that, my Priority Mail (NOT EXPRESS) printed out all of my labels via Firefox with SIGNATURE REQUIRED!!! One day this week it took me 90 minutes to create and print 8 mailing labels. VENT VENT VENT... thanks for being here so I can vent. ArRrrrGhhhh !! This service is great when it works but it hasn't worked right in several weeks.

I called tech support today at. If you use internet Explorer and you can work around the issue. Enter your info for shipment, when you get a yellow triangle and red lines suggesting correcting address, shipping info, CLICK ON THE RED LINE AND REFRESH THE PAGE, NOW YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ENTER YOU ADDRESS AND PACKAGE INFORMATION AND ADVANCE TO THE PAYMENT PAGE. YAY! It work for me. Spent several hours clearing catches and nothing else worked.

Signature required keeps printing on Priority Mail labels even though it's not clicked "on" in the shipping interface and it's not billing the credit card for it, either. I discussed this with my local postal clerk and she could not explain how it could appear on the label if it wasn't figured into the total. Bizarro!

Yes it has been down the whole day. I couldnt print any label and it is frustrating as I can go to the post office with tones of packages and wait for a huge line and pay more money because nobody fix this, it is totally unaceptable!!! there is a lot of people who spends money everyday using this service and you dont even care. Do not even try to call customer service cause you will waste your time! This sucks!

I am a heavy user of the site and I am extremely frustrated that today it tells me to "make a change" and click the button below. I have done everything many many times without the ability to have a button to select. This site has so many issues and bugs.

No prices showing says to add additional items and click button bellow, IE 11 there is no button, so no price and no label, pulled up Chrome when it calls for billing info the display for my credit card number and box for the 3 digit code missing. Made sure Chrome unblocked everything still no luck agree that site belongs on short bus.
