I'm also experienceng a problem paying and printing labels. Everything in my shipping cart is fine, but when I click on "next; billing information" it refreshes the page instead of bring up the pop-up menu with credit card and paypal options. It has always worked fine and some of the labels were straight from my address book (I've successfully shipped to them before) Of course trying to call customer service is useless, they don't have customer service

Mike Beer said "If your on a MAC you can use 'Chrome' and you will be able to print labels." Two hours ago I could NOT print a label on chrome. My mac OS is up to date as well as my browsers, java, etc. I think what is happening is Clink-N-Ship doesn't work most of the time for most of the people, but occasionally some people have success. I have not been able to get Clink-N-Ship past the priority options. The only two priority options it gives me, in chrome, is "choose your own priority box" for $18** or window envelope, when I was trying to get to the regional rate boxes. I also couldn't get any priority options when I was trying to print out flat rate envelopes. In safari the priority options window is only a few pixels high, so you can't see any options at all. I've probably tried 50 times since Wednesday. I've been using Clink-N-Ship without a problem for over a year.

I usually don't have issues with the USPS site so this was quite a "surprise".
Thank you to whoever suggested the Ctrl F5 refresh. Could only get that page with everything down the left side but when I refreshed that page all was OK until I got that page again. Just keep on Ctrl F5 'ing until you are finish with your label.

Regional rates are back but the prices are wrong! I didn't notice this till after everything went through and now I am out $68.47, (YIKES!) for a Regional A box that should be $9.97. Also no history came up for any of my transactions but I did type in the numbers and it came up that way and I clicked on a refund so hopefully it did the refund correctly and I will get my $68.47 back in a few days. (shouldn't take that long to get a refund) Hopefully USPS will get it working

I get all the label info entered but click-n-ship will not give me the priority options to finish the label. Tried two other browsers, rebooted. Here is an unrelated question. If other shipping programs (sendIT for mac) will let you paste an entire name/address in, why does USPS make us enter each address bit into each field, which takes a long time? Do people put the name/address block into their address book and then select it from there, or do you enter each bit into each field manually? USPS needs to hire competent IT people!

Went to print a shipping label and of course I run out of ink. Go and pick up a new printer cartridge, install it and try to get on my acitivity history to reprint the shipping label - that I've already PAID for - and of course the page won't load. Every other page I try on USPS loads, but not that one. This site has been a problem ever since they IMPROVED it!

Since yesterday morning I cannot even get the right page to load for shipping labels on my PC, on my tablets I can access the info and my address book but become stopped at using A or B regional box choice, you also cannot check the box about to say you are not shipping illegal substances. I know they ran a Maintenance from early Tuesday morning and said it would be updated by 4-6 am..which is not the case. Go to if you are shipping Regional rate boxes..Nooo troubles there!

USPS site is glitching big time. Click and ship is not loading properly and is giving HTML page layouts instead of normal layouts. Have to scroll down and read through the links on the talley page and the final tracking page and try and remember how the site navigates to get to the end to print out labels. Good luck...

Loads incorrectly (no stylesheet or HTML5, I assume?) in Chrome and Waterfox. Eventually loads in IE, but takes for-bleeding-ever, and I missed my window before the PO closes at 5.

Can we just roll back to pre-January 2014, please? These "upgratdes" have done nothing but cause problems. Every time they put one out, the system fails. Makes me wonder if anyone bothers to test them before they're applied or if they just cross their fingers and hope for the best. Hint: it's never the best.

My small business is now at a standstill. I have packages that need to go all over the US, Canada, Australia & Hong Kong and can't do anything. Unfortunately, I already charged my customers for the online shipping rate, and I'm not willing to cover the difference of paying at the post office, which is a lot for big packages. Laurie-Once you have paid for the labels, try scrolling all the way down the page to the VERY bottom. It is in some funky code, but I have been able to print labels from there. The whole system is very slow and not correct but I could print.

Is it even worth complaining about anymore? Anytime I get on this website I only expect problems. If the site actually works, I'm surprised. It's ridiculous. TODAY'S problem is that it takes ages to load (to the point where the site logs me out for being inactive) and when it does load, it takes me to a very basic looking coded screen with the correct colors, but nothing logical (at least not to my mind). I've tried clicking some of the options, with no response. I thought they had the site down last night to WORK on it, not DESTROY it even more. GET IT WORKING AND THEN LEAVE IT ALONE! Quit trying to alter it. I'm tired of being an unpaid Beta tester. Maybe I should start expecting my check in the mail...

I dislike the new Scanbars. I refuse to use them. They do not help me and caused me nothing but headaches. There is no information anywhere that I can find about them. Good forbid one gets scanned by mistake and incomplete. You Will NEVER get a refund. All they care about is that it was scanned. Doesn't matter that nothing was processed.

Created 6 labels a few hours ago (like Normal). I went in to create another label and it told me "We are unable to find any available service options for this label, please review your label and try again." Well, fine then. I tried again and it magically decided the address I entered was acceptable (I'm positive it was the exact same address I had already tried). Proceeded to my shipping cart to pay and print AND....ALL MY LABELS HAVE BEEN DELETED! What the heck is going on?!?! FIX IT! I am SO DONE with USPS and all of its problems. Personally, everyone working on the USPS website should be FIRED. They are utterly useless, as they prove time after time again. My company relies on this site, but clearly they don't want my money after all.

I usually create several labels at a time. For the past month or so, the first label I create from my address book does not populate the State so I have to put it in manually. There's no warning that the State didn't populate on that first label so after 8 or 10 labels have been created, none of the labels would add to my cart and it was not clear why not. Since yesterday, site cannot process Paypal or Credit Card payments. Tried multiple methods and cards. Good way to lose lots of business if they can't process payment. is not working either because it relies on USPS system.

USPS Click & Ship worst service ever. NEVER use the Package or Mail intercept option. It is a RIP-OFF. They NEVER intercept any mail but they will charge you for it. When you request for a refund, they say, well, we didn't say we can always intercept any mail but sorry NO REFUND.

Tracking stopped on 4/26/14. My 2 day Priority did not arrive on the 28th. STILL no tracking since the 25th, still no package. ANYONE else having this issue? My PO says they see what I see!!! Give it more time!!!

It won't accept my payment on either of my computers, trying Chrome and Win8. I even created a new account thinking it was just my account and it won't work either. This is my lively hood here... sooo frustrating!

I use USPS for business purposes, so it is very frustrating when I'm trying to print a label, and the site times out. This seems to happen every few weeks. The layout and functionality seem to change randomly as well. What is going on with the IT at one of the largest businesses in the country? And you wonder why the USPS is having issues making money. The USPS site will still not let us pay for labels as of 4/23/2014. They are saying it it technical issues. The checkout keeps declining our multiple cards we have on file. We've had this account work perfectly for 11 years. The new changes have been flawed from day 1. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Still getting this message "We are sorry but we were unable to process your order. Please re-edit your labels and try again." Missed shipping 3 packages today. Tried several times. Got other errors that were bogus and corrected when resubmitted. Site is just flakey!!

As of 3:22 PST Print a Label with Postage and other functions are now functioning without the error.

Edit: My bad- You can create your labels now but cannot pay for them ERROR "We are sorry but we were unable to process your order. Please re-edit your labels and try again."

After painfully getting three labels in the cart - got the following message when tried to check out: We are sorry but we were unable to process your order. Please re-edit your labels and try again. So, even if the site is UP that doesn't mean it's functional.

Error when creating shipment or trying to pay for labels that were already in my cart. "We are unable to find any available service options for this label, please review your label and try again." Had to go into the post office and ship my express packages for an additional $30 and asked them if they new USPS online was not working and they did not. Busy day at the post offices people, tax day!

I am also getting an error message about editing my shipping label. I use this website all the time to print shipping labels and have never had this happen. I hope they fix it soon.

So every post office in my area put signs up that they are hiring and to go the to apply. However, every time you click on a job, nothing happens. This is so frustrating.

I was able to use CLICK N Ship today and get labels. 4 hours later I am trying to again but when I click: Next:Billing information - This error keeps coming up: We are sorry but we were unable to process your order. Please re-edit your labels and try again. I've been trying since 4:00pm est.

As a small business consumer of USPS, we are very frustrated that will not accept payment for the labels we try to create online, which means we are not able to print at our office. We have to take all our packages to a post office, and they are all international, expensive shipping rate, time-consuming packages.

We've always been happy to give our international clients the option of USPS, since other services are more expensive. However, after a couple months of multiple types of payment being rejected, multiple hours spent waiting on hold for customer support (only to be told it's a technical error and they're "aware of it, but there's nothing they can do at the moment"), spending accumulative of several hours a week waiting in line at understaffed post offices, we are switching completely over to another carrier.

I can see other comments of frustrated people with the same problem, so I know it's not just an isolated incident, or a problem with all of our multiple methods of payment.

Not worth it by a long shot. Even if the service wasn't so crappy, the attitude of their support staff is depressing at best and utterly dismissive at worst.

We love our friendly mail-carriers and wish them the best, but the rest of USPS's convoluted bureaucracy should be allowed to die out to let their more capable competitors absorb their consumers.

The site isn't down for me, but the widget is still as broken today as it was on 31 Jan 2014. I can get all the way to the end - including processing the payment - but then can't print the labels for which I've paid.

Most upsetting. I've wasted a LOT of money in extra postage and lost productivity because these idiots can find the time to send Spiderman swinging across the screen but not to fix critical process problems.

The message I am getting today is : 'An unexpected error has occurred. Please try refreshing the page.' And OF COURSE when I refresh, it deletes all the info on the label and OF COURSE it doesn't fix the problem. I guess I will try and download firefox and see if that will work. Grrrrrrrrrr...

Usps comes up after you fill out the online form it will not go to the page to select what type of shipping you want with any address. Sucks big time.

Tried paypal, completed transaction and charged me, but the label would not load.. 3 times!!!
Tried usps... typed in everything... went to payment page and tried 2 difference credit cards.. both times it says transaction couldn't complete...
Same issue for my office's account... what is wrong with you USPS???

Thank you Nate! I struggled for a long time this morning trying to ship a freaking letter. I had to add an address to the address book feature in order to get the system to accept ANY address. The spiderman is fancy, wish they could get the USEFUL stuff to work though. Our hard tax dollars at work. Very Sad.

Is the tracking server down as well? I've had several people tell me that their tracking has not updated in a couple days. One in FL, one in Canada, and one in NJ. Mine has not either. Anyone else having a problem with this?
