Browser Related Problems

Fix DNS Problems

I can sign into the website no problem but when I go to my download history I get prompted to sign in again, which is normal, however when I do I keep getting told it is the wrong email address or password. Umm hello! I just freaking signed in with the exact same details. WTH!

I can't log in for some reason. Before I start the game i can log in just as uszal. After I try to open any game file it tells me that I have to log in first. Bit it won't let me. Even the Website won't work for me.

I have not been able to get onto the Sims 3 Community page for months now! It is clearly something tagged to my computer as I know it isn't actually "down" as it tells me it is. I created an account but when I log in it directs me to the page where I need to register my name and gender and click to accept terms. once I click register or continue, it takes me to the page "It looks like you already have an account..." so I login via that site, but it just continues to loop back to that page. nothing happens.

This site has the worst uptime I've ever seen... except for sites that don't exist at all. I think the webserver is maintained by the same team that makes the freakin' game, which still has a lot of bugs after years and years of patching. To bad I need this junk to register my game, otherwise I would care a bit about this hopeless EA community being unavailable.

I have been having the same problem as most people here. When I went to the The Sims 3 website and it said "Oops! We are not able to process your request." I realized how to solve it. Anyone that is having this problem, go into your settings of your web browser (Chrome, Explorer, Safari etc.) and go to privacy (in chrome this is in advanced settings at bottom of page), you should see a button saying 'Clear Browsing Data' click this and you need to clear/empty the cache and cookies. Once this is done you will now be able to access the site. If this does not work for you please inbox me through FB and I will help you out.

I have the Nerd saying oops... sometimes I get to the point where I can change my password... but this does not work. I've changed my password 3 times now but I cannot login to my account. This is very annoying. I've tried Chrome, Safari and firefox....does not mater. My game plays ok....and I even downloaded the recent patch... but I can't do anything on the site. It also seems strange that I cannot find any information about the new patch for Seasons. Very confusing indeed... come on EA get your act together... "Oops! We are not able to process your request." This error is often caused by some kind of issue with the credentials cookie. Usually clearing your history/cache will remedy this. Make sure you're clearing ALL of it (Firefox can clear just the last hour, for example, make sure you're clearing All Time).
