I have deleted my cookies and cache....I have also forced all DNS for Foxfire and this site still does not work. Its down again today, 12/2/15, on the east coast. It wouldn't let me submit my order because its payment system seemed to be down. I tried with numerous cards, even on the phone. After two hours of choosing the perfect gifts and being on the phone, half the items on my list are now out of stock. Target needs to fix its website issues in light of the increased traffic flow expected this time of year... though I run into this during the slow seasons too.

I was finally able to place my single, non-holiday item in my cart, then received the dread "please hold tight" message for the entire rest of the day and evening. Cleared caches, deleted cookies, etc.,-no luck. It is now just after midnight. The site certainly seemed/seems to be down for me. :(

I have not experienced the "lines" issue and website allows me to shop & add items to cart but goes into an eternal hang up when I hit the final checkout button. After an hour of the hold tight message I closed out the browser window then reopened & logged back in, all items were still in my cart & it said the cyber discount was being applied (after midnight). And then a repeat performance of the eternal hangup screen when I tried to complete checkout. No idea whether it will complete the transaction or simply keep booting me between the website problems & the security timeouts. Epic fail Target.

Verses - Amazon- I had a problem buying a gift certificate at a discount this evening. I hit 'contact us" and gave my phone #. Within five minutes, Amazon called. I told them my situation. This is absolutely crazy. Target is trying to compete with Amazon and they flunked. I have three time gotten stuck trying to pay for my stuff after 'WAITING IN LINE' for every item!!! Now I finally put in CYBER15. That posted but the promo for $25 (DECORATE)' would not post. That was the only reason I spent over $100. Now i clicked 'save and continue' and it is in 'cyber land' somewhere in '' This is scary when I think back to last years problems!!!! After waiting about 60 minutes,the high traffic page at Target went back to the payment info page and asked me to re-enter all payment info and gift card email info for online live membership. Amazon lowered their price on a DVD to match Target's net price after the CyberMonday code, so I removed it from my Target cart (miraculously the site did let me do that) and ordered it from Amazon, no problem.

I find it funny how people are blaming target stores themselves. Target stores have nothing to do with the website or the amount of product they get in. I have lost all confidence in Targets ability to cell anything online or in the store for that matter. They plan ahead with special deals for cyber Monday pay for advertisement Etc . Then there site crashes first thing on Monday up and down all day. money well spent Wow ! CEO should be fired and have his live scan updated. In My humble opinion. But This is what will happen the whole thing will be swept under the rug CEO will be given a great retirement package and told what a great job he did.
