Trying to pay my Tmobile bill, but I get a recorded message telling me their site is down and they're "working hard to restore". I also can't get into my account online because they say there have been too many incorrect login attempts. Problem is, I haven't been trying to access my account and lifelock would alert if if someone was. Also Kaspersky would block any unauthorized attempts.

What is wrong is not the answer anymore, its what phone service can I get thats better then T-Mobile?
We're been having the same problems for so long, like, drop calls, Emergency Calls only, no service. We drive 1 mile down the street and I get all 4 bars, but I go home and I get nothing or 1 bar. Even after being a loyal customer for 17 years, and paying the monthly service and getting no service, its time to quit T-Mobile and move on

idk what is going on it will let me dial emergency numbers (or atleaswt it says it will.. Last week I saw "no network coverage" on my phone and this week I have four bars showing, battery full and get "error in connection" every time I try to call out. People trying to call me are getting mixed messages, one of which said "Thank you for calling VERIZON... the customer you are trying to contact is unavailable." Incoming all show as "missed calls." I cannot continue with out service. Thank goodness, I have a method for emergency assistance!

Something as simple as cell phone text has not worked for over a week in Washington State and they make all kinds of excuses on the phone calls and one of those T-mobile India workers asked for our Social Security number.

I guess since T-Mobile and AT&T are playing Monopoly with your money they are busy counting that money instead of making something as simple as text on a cell phone work.

Well you get what you pay for I guess. Had this el crappo T-Mobile Concord smartphone for 1 month, already had to replace the first one b/c it kept saying "No Service" and "Emergency calls only". Now, for last 24hrs cannot make or receive any calls, keeps saying "Network busy" or just clocks while trying to dial and eventually the attempt fails. Trying to save money is of no value when you have a smartphone that can't even make/receive calls. Back to AT&T or Verizon next week.

I can text and if I use my wifi from home I can call out. If I try to dial my phone without wifi, it simply hangs up. Even using my wifi if I call the other phone on the plan it just goes to their voice mail, they are out of wifi range. Is anyone else dealing with this? The website is working just fine but I pay monthly for my data service on my tablet and that's what is down... and has been for the last 3 weeks. The message says that they are working on a better website and every time I call they say it should be up in 72 hours. Here is the error message:

TMobile erased my phone contacts trying to prove phone defective. All was said was ;sorry'. Well that won't do. I'm filing complaint w/ FCC. Perhaps that will wake up someone!

well, it takes a regular guy to figure out that their problem is the 3g\4g network. Today my coworkers and myself were not able to make or receive calls until I figured out that disabling the 4g on the phone itself will get service back... slower internet but, calls are back for sure...so tmobile your 4g 4glte sucks vampire's ass

The home page of www.tmobile.com will not load properly. I cannot get the 'my tmobile' link to work. I hover and it should drop down a window so that I can pay my bill, etc. Nothing happens. both metro pcs and T-Mobile phone in Tamarac FL down 6:00pm, what is going on? No bars and "X" on service with "Mobile Network not available" message. Any ideas why?!?!

My contract states if they can not render service, service contract null and void. I have had tmobile over ten years and never been treated like this

My tmobile phone and my mother's metro pcs phone which uses the tmobile network are both not working.. metro states cannot find network and tmobile states not registered on network

I have a LG Esteem MS910. I can't send or receive call or texts. Before MetroPCS and T-Mobile merge I was told to update before the due date. I did update my phone before the due date and now I have no service. My phone keeps saying connecting to service.

is there a issue with T-Mobile in pa today?? My phones keep saying no network available. When we try to call out it keeps dropping thre call and when we call our cells from a landline they don't even ring it goes right to voicemail

text msgs "unable to send after multiple attempts" and phone calls simply don't connect. Removed battery and rebooted phone and same problem occurs. No problem accessing the internet and I can receive text msgs.

Everytime I try to send photos I took from my Cel to my email it says Account needs to be updated and when I put my email and my correct password, (that I have logged into my email with just recently), it says it is the Incorrect email and/or Password. I keep getting an error msg

It says Cannot Connect to the Server when I go Next to Verify Incoming Settings And Authentication Failed on Outgoing Settings and it won't verify my username/password even though they work for me fine on a desktop to log into my email

I live in the CA Bay Area & have been trying to get on the T-mobile website since around 6pm PST today to access GPS "FamilyWhere" tracking with no luck. This is NO GOOD! I was successfully able to pay my bill via the website yesterday and our phone service doesn't seem to be interrupted... interesting...
