no cell service for hours! this is ridiculous! no one at tmobile can find a problem or any outages between NH and MA- yet, multiple complaints on this site! My husband uses this line for medical transport emergencies to keep in contact with hospitals and so on- Hope No One has any medical situations he needs to use his phone for or they are screwed! We can thank T-Mobile for crappy service!

I called T-mobile. They say that New England is completely down and they are aware of this issue. They do not know when service will be back up. I am calling and texting through wifi for now but when I leave the house I will have no phone and I am going to be pissed!!

I am in MA and I woke up this morning to my T-Mobile service not working. Where it usually says 3G there is a circle with a line through it. I do not have another phone and I can not get to a T-Mobile store to get this fixed. I am glad I am not the only one but WHAT IS GOING ON?????? Woke up to no service in CA, and it has been like that for 2 hours. Internet access has been really slow as of late, and service is always spotty. T-Mobile needs to get their act together unless they want to end up like the other dead telecommunications companies...

How embarrassing! A company that is supposed to be on top of the latest and greatest technology could at least maintain their website. "......so sad!" Most of the time when I try to get on the web site, it's down. The rest of the time, the pages load so slowly, I often give up!

T-Mobile has been down since yesterday, I finally got through to rep and they said try again on Sunday 4/21/13... they cannot access accounts right now.

website is fine, called, representative says server is down. I have not gotten any texts since last night. She said it hadn't been going on since last night. She couldn't even pull my record up. Also no estimated time for when it the problem will be fixed. Nice. I hope this doesn't happen a lot. I just switched. I may really regret it.

According to what I was just told, system is going to be down until tomorrow (4/21). Of course, I also found out they removed my data plan on all my lines when I got a new phone. New billing cycle started today thus no data plan. Can't even get it reactivated until tomorrow.

I've been unable to connect to the network since 4:30pm this afternoon. I called and they told me that the service they need to access to troubleshoot is down til noon tomorrow. I hate to break it to you but the website and the cell network are not the same. This site can't tell you whether or not your service is down, it only tells you if the website is down. The reason service may be down between 12am and 6am is because this is the the time all major changes are done. Every provider does this. Every major company does changes like this at this time. It's called a Maintenance Window. Dial 611 on your phone and customer care should be able to tell you if there is an outage going on. Just an fyi.

Just got off the phone with tech support. He stated that 360 4g towers were shut down for "upgrades" said it should be out a few hours but by morning should be back online. helped me get a 2g tower so i can text and make calls

My phone service has been down for me since 12:30 pm today. It's now 2:30 am (into the next day). I can't even call 611. It just says the call cannot be completed from the phone I am using. I can pull up the website and log in but after that it says that I will have to wait. I can't get on support chat either. What gives, T-Mobile?!?! I've been a customer for 10+ years... this is horrible.

Texting is working, and local calls have worked, but I can't call my son out of state. 3 times I reached someone else even though it said I was connected with my son! Other times it just continued to ring or would ring & then switch to a busy signal.

Starting this afternoon I cannot receive or send calls or texts. When I try to make a call, including to the 611 T-Mobile customer care number, I get the error message "All calls are restricted by access control." I have no idea what that means. It has caused me huge problems this evening because it prevented me from getting a babysitter or being able to contact my husband. I am very upset about it. I also have no idea when service will be restored or how to do so. I can drive to the T-Mobile store tomorrow but since my toddler is sick that is not a very attractive option. I tried to log into my T-Mobile account online, but cannot remember my password, and the only way to get a temporary password is to have it texted to you... which is a problem right now!!

T-mobile in Ann Arbor Mi going crazy. Call my husband, get someone in Ohio. Someone calls me from Ohio and I can't answer. I call her back and ask her if she has T-mobile and she said no, but her son does and that was who she was trying to call when I got her phone call.
