Browser Related Problems

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Down in the Central Time Zone at 3:58 PM and has been for hours. Jumped through all the hoops they asked me to and no luck. Funally got through to their 888 number and a recording says they are experiencing "difficulties" So glad I'm not the only one!

What a rip-off!!! I happen to use them 1 time and did not realize that they automatically started billing my credit card monthly for $15.99 for the last 2 years, until I finally noticed the charge. I cancelled and ask for a re-fund that was ignored with double talk and no good reason given.

I set up an account today and installed their software, but the software wouldn't connect after several tries then I get an error saying the app is corrupted. I decided to print postage directly from the site but now it keeps timing out. I've used several "is this site down for me" websites and most of them are showing down as well.
