Sprint.com website not working? Is it down right now?

my phone not working not even to call 611 since 8 pm todaay

WHY do I have internet but cant call out..when I do the 3-g goes away as well as all the towers!!!!!

just got off live chat I havent been able to make a call since 8 am est I still can't make a call, but they credited my account a full day, please go on chat and get your full day, so it can prompt them to do something, if they see the money decrease it will put fire under their asses

I have 3 lines with Sprint and for the past month the Iphones have had issues sending or receiving text and calls. The past week my photon has had the same issues. I called was told to update my phone, reset it, exc. And also theres a tower down in my area. 85345. 17 years of loyalty im done.

sprint bought virgin mobile and i'm not sure if its exactly the same but i've been having this issue for the past 2 days, no service anywhere, cant make calls or send texts, etc. The first time I called they told me to take the battery out my phone and put it back in after 15 seconds but that didn't help anything so I called back and they checked my area and said there's an outage. They told me it should be resolved tomorrow morning around 9am. zip is 22712. hope i helped anyone in the Warrenton/Bealeton area.

my Boost mobile is down wont make calls or text or make calls and make texts neither does my father or brother... and my sister has Virgin and hers doesn't work either...? what is going ON? i live in the San Bernardino area in California

yes I can't use my radio im getting service restricted... and its not only me some of my friends have the Mexican Nextel coverage and they also don't have service do you know what's going on...

Yesterday I was told by Sprint Customer Care that the site would likely be down for only an hour. Today it is still giving the same info when I try to log in. Clearly it has been far longer than an hour. What is Sprint doing now?!! Why is their site always down?

This happens at least 3 times every single year & when it goes down it can take WEEKS if not months to get it back! Sprint desperately needs a new web master!

I have three phones with service through Sprint. We can not make calls out and when we receive calls in, you cannot hear the person on the other end of the phone. I have another friend with Sprint that is experiencing the same problem. When will this be fixed!!! Text works fine, but can't make any calls.

I called sprint yesterday and verified that they are experiencing network outages. I have a friend in TX who is also having the same problem. Scary huh.

We have 2 phones on Sprint and 1 phone on Virgin (which uses Sprint towers) and we have had problems starring a week ago. The past three days the problems have gotten worse and worse. We dial out and sometimes it takes up to 30 seconds to connect and strait dialing and sometimes it doesn't dial out at all, and sometimes ERROR messages pops up saying NETWORK BUSY. Very spuratic. Even text messages are about 50/50. we placed test calls from our land line and NOT A SINGLE ONE WENT THRU TO OUR CELL PHONES. This is crazy. We use our phones for business and I could imagine all the business we are losing or customer relationships that are being harmed. Please, someone from SPRINT come forward and tell us what the deal is.

On the Sprint community forum. Apparently, it's the whole west coast as well as Utah and Colorado that can not text

The ability to make calls are sporadic. If/when I can make a call along with the person talking there is a fast busy signal in my ear that doesn't stop once I hang up. I can't send texts. I have restarted my phone several times, taken the battery out, etc. I thought it was just my phone but when I called my husband from my office phone he said his phone is acting up too, unable to make any calls. >:-(

WOW... been with Sprint for 6 years. They totally went downhill in the past couple years! I haven't had signal for 2 hours now. I need to make some important phone calls WTF man... why would they do maintanence in the middle of the day?!? What are the people that use their phone for businees going to do? Looks like I'll be switching to some other company!

I have been a Sprint customer since 99'... in the last couple of months, network coverage, GPS, internet connection etc. is way below acceptable for my hard earned money!

Sprint was working this morning. Now it's stuck searching for service. I've had this happen once before, and I couldn't call or receive calls for like 4 hours. I think I am done with sprint. I'm going to check where I am in my contract and find another provider.

None of our sprint phones are connecting to the internet... haven't had a problem like this before... sometimes brief delays, but not over an hour of no internect connection for multiple phones.

Keep trying all eventually you will get through. I had to wait 10 minutes before shop.sprint.com came up. If you are patient you'll get in. I think they are going to sell out of the S3 they are getting hammered.

Just before the 1 AM sale hit I was doing great. Watched the counter hit 0 and I was still able to get in my account. Now I cant get in at all and the buy button on the screen that they updated wont work for crap. My Samsung cell phone is powered by Sprint. It has been down for 2 days.. Shows "searching for service"..

The website is there but, I can't log on. The service has change to dramatically over the years and its not a good change. Thinking of switching over.

I've had Sprint for years now, the service is terrible, if you need to use their website it's down in the morning (last 2 days I've tried to log in) it's down in the afternoon. It's like trying to hit a moving target for when you might be able to login. Terrible customer service. You'd think a company of it's size would have a more dependable website for their users.

My network is up and I can go to any website EXCEPT sprint.com (from multiple computers). So that must mean they are down.

I can't access it through my home Time Warner cable connection but I can access it through my Sprint's 3G connection... I have also heard that Time Warner is having issues in other parts of town today

wtf man, i'm trying to buy the galaxy III, you'd think they'd realize they're losing out on money while their site is down.

My internet is not working at the time and believe it has to do with the storm that hit south jersey on June 30th. But at this moment I am still having issues not being able to access the internet and have not heard anything on an estimated time of it being fixed? How many days does it take to fix the problem..... especially with how much we pay for the phone, it shouldn't take this long in my book!!
