Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

I keep geting shut down says ERROR:received unknown soap fault from Rhapsody Service Error 147145......the following prameter must be supplied : Login -13....? I log in and it for for a couple of songs then skips a few then huts down again.... I am ready to switch.

I'm using Consolidated Communications in Roseville, CA. It keeps saying "app.rhapsody.com’s server DNS address could not be found." Worked fine on Saturday 4/2, stopped working 4/3/16.

Rhapsody refuses to let me sign in even though I have a valid account. It keeps saying I am offline, yet I have a perfectly strong internet connection and it is still recognizing my device. I've been having issues of this type for a while now and I'm wondering if this is even worth it, please tell me how to fix this!

RHAPSODY is down. Error notice. I tried to upgrade which I don't want. Does not work, no sign in. Thinking of changing service if it not back up soon. This has been the worst shut down, they happen every now and then.

I'm in the same boat... app will play a song or two, but then will timeout with an error, "Playback failed, skipping to next track". Seems like their servers are getting hammered for some reason (might be a DOS attack).

It is down for me says my login info is no longer valid and internet connection is not active but they are still working. cannot call help desk because it says number is disconnected. Also online help chat says wait time between 2 to 9 hours.
