Fix DNS Problems

I had emailed them nearly 2 weeks ago regarding instant messenger problems and they emailed back shortly on 9th july shortly after i posted my last comment saying this

"Hello, We are working on IMS issues troubleshooting. Unfortunately, it takes some time to investigate and fix them.

Thank you for your patience. so hopefully they will be sorting out this time!"

I agree they dont reply to emails etc i have personally sent 4 now and have no replies to any of them, and yet they say if your rude etc they will ban you from the site, people wouldnt be rude if they got back to us. one minute it works the next it dont how long does it take to fix the problem been going on long enough now they should have fixed it ages ago!

The site has been totally unreliable for some time now, and whenever you enquire by submitting a ticket, you don't get a reply, do us all a favour and just close it down, if they are not going to fix the problems or reply to enquires, then they should just close it down as it's a waste of my time logging on and finding that it's not working
