Can't Access Paypal - Troubleshooting Instructions

If the site is UP but you cant access the page, try one of the below solutions:

Browser Related Problems

Force a full refresh for the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favourite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)

Clear the temporary cache and cookies on your browser to make sure that you have the most recent version of the web page. For instructions choose your browser :

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

Check our help page for step-by-step instructions on how to change your DNS.

1Like Post Office Protocol 3 (POP3), the IMAP4 protocol uses port 5 Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) to send messages, but an IMAP4 server uses port 143 to listen for messages.

Unlike POP3, IMAP4 allows you to store your messages by default on the server, instead of downloading them locally.

Use one of the following methods to configure Outlook as an IMAP4 client.
Method 1: Microsoft Office Outlook 2010

Start Outlook.
On the File menu, click Info and click Account Settings.
Select Account Settings from the list.
On the E-mail tab, click New and Select Email Account, and then click Next
Click to select the Manually configure server settings or additional server types check box, and then click Next.
Click Internet E-Mail, and then click Next.
In the Server Information section, select IMAP for Account Type.
In the Your Name box, enter your name exactly as you want it to appear to recipients.
In the E-mail Address box, type your e-mail address.
In the User Name box, type your account name.
In the Password box, type your password.
In the Incoming mail server box, type the name of your IMAP4 server.
Note IMAP4 is a retrieval protocol. You must have SMTP to send your messages.

We got it to go through by typing in the credit card number instead. We got the same message that you did for the past two days. Using the card number was the only way to get it to go through.

Hi everyone, I'm so excited share my testimonies about how i got my ex husband back with the help of real spell caster online that is powerful.. My husband and I have been married for about 7 yrs now. We were happily married with two kids, a boy and a girl. 3 months ago, I started to notice some strange behavior from him and a few weeks later I found out that my husband is seeing someone else. He started coming home late from work, he hardly care about me or the kids anymore, Sometimes he goes out and doesn't even come back home for about 2-3 days. I did all I could to rectify this problem but all to no avail. I became very worried and needed help. As I was browsing through the internet one day, I came across a website that suggested that Dr Unity can help solve marital problems, restore broken relationships and so on. So, I felt I should give him a try. I contacted him and and told him my problems and he told me what to do and i did it and he did a spell for me. 28 hours later, my husband came to me and apologized for the wrongs he did and promise never to do it again. Ever since then, everything has returned back to normal. I and my family are living together happily again.. All thanks to Dr Unity. If you have any problem contact him and i guarantee you that he will help you. He will not disappoint you. Email him at: Unityspelltemple@gmail.com or call him on: +2348072370762..Natasha Hayes from London,UK.

Oregon Coast Pay Pal Still Down I have attempted to call up 16 IP Addresses there is still Parent conflict this makes it 24 hours exactly. The Parent root security certificates are not matching the Name servers. PayPal was hacked and hard in fact they lost control of their network. I have not yet been able to determine if they pulled the plug to prevent further breech or if it was hijacked. Cant wait to here their excuse. The power outage story last time was a bold face lie. Pay pal is going to continue to be a target as long as their in business its their policies they screw their customers all the time disrupt the flow of small business their simply done in my book. I am tired of not being able to access my money and being raped for that reality. Their Karma Is Catching up with them how long until its our personal information. Now us a great time for every customer that has ever been jerked around by paypal to kick them while they are down and close your account. Pull your funds and bail and lets see if there to big fail...

DAY 3 - NO PAY PAL. Wish they were as fast at fixing this problem as they are when they jerk fees out of payments received. They told me earlier today it must be a problem on my end... BULL!!!

Can't access site at all. Says your server is unreachable. I'm not the only one having problems. Be nice to get this issue resolved, have business matters that need to be taken care of and your site needs to be up to do this.
