We have tried pinging Network Solutions website using our server and the website returned the above results. If networksolutions.com is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress...

Can't Access Network Solutions - Troubleshooting Instructions

If the site is UP but you cant access the page, try one of the below solutions:

Browser Related Problems

Force a full refresh for the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favourite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)

Try alternative urls such as netsol.com, worldnic.com

Clear the temporary cache and cookies on your browser to make sure that you have the most recent version of the web page. For instructions choose your browser :

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

Check our help page for step-by-step instructions on how to change your DNS.

Having trouble with response time this morning with hosted web site thru networksolutions.com including php/mysql hosting package. Transactions that are normally subsecond are taking up to 20 secs. And occasional response time out. This happens for brief periods occasionally, but I had not experienced it for several months. Will try agan later and contact support if it is still slow.

It seems to be intermittent. The possibility that those pages I'm able to pull up are actually just cached on my computer, but the fact remains most of the pages I call are just hanging there. >> 0356711.netsolhost.com

Networksolutions is having problems with windows servers. My website has been down for 12 hrs! Here's the message they put up. Alert: Some customers may be experiencing intermittent latency with their Windows web hosting. Our Tech Team is aware of this issue, and they're actively investigating the cause and solution. We regret the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to fully resolve. Now I can't even log into the account panel.

This provider is constantly down in one way or another. They are incredibly slow too. They are not worth the money they charge for so many reasons. I wish I had gotten my domains and hosting packages through some other company at this point. I only chose them because I liked that NS provides me the ability to install open source apps and manage databases with ease, however they even suck at that. I had to completely give up on Joomla for the fact they took months to years to update it, and when they finally did, it was not even the most up to date version available. I spent a good amount of money on Rocket theme subscriptions and other developers apps only to eventually go to waste- NO THANKS to NS. What upsets me most is that I operate a site for a friend and when people visit there to see NOTHING, that makes me look the idiot, but no, you are the idiots NETWORK SOLUTIONS

Not only are they down now, but the latest version of Wordpress they support is 3.6. Network Solutions hosted sites down in Los Angeles. NS homepage inaccessible. FTP inaccessible. Login inaccessible. No updates from them and according to this site it is up...? Some sort of regional outage, but all the tech guys who should know and be on top of it are completely oblivious.

Update: Telia.net in Germany is where Time Warner Cable in Los Angeles is routing internet traffic on 22 April 2014 according to a proxy trace. Telia.net is down and so our business website hosted by Network Solutions in Virginia is inaccessible. Why does the route go to Germany then back to the US for a few more hops? Is anyone responsible for this traffic that is bringing down lots of businesses?

loading error or delaying the task is mostly because of network connection problem which cause the web to work hard and longer, you must check your network connectivity first to get your job done, following link will be helpful:
http://www.check-connectivity.com/
Once tests are done, a unique url will be created with the results which you can then share with an expert to get your problem sorted.

After calling NetSol's Gold VIP support and having it ring busy for an hour, then finally getting through, and then staying on hold for about 50 minutes, the answer to my "what happened" question was "there aren't any outages, nor have there been for quite some time". Name Services were on the fritz for nearly 2 hours today, and I had *plenty* of pissed off customers who couldn't get to needed, business-critical servers. I'm moving all Name Services to Amazon's Route53 this evening for two reasons: 1 - NetSol won't admit that they had a problem even when they are caught in the middle of it. 2 - NetSol *never* admits that they have a problem...must be nice to be as infallible as NetSol...

Normally wouldn't comment when everything is working, but everything has been up and running for 1 hour and 35 minutes from here in the Silicon Valley and access to Network Solutions' website is running at full speed. I still would like to know what happened, because if it was because Network Solutions shot themselves in the foot (or even if not) we're moving DNS to a separate company. If it wasn't DOS attack, it's pretty disappointing as a long-time Network Solutions customer.

Unable to access our services via NetSol-hosted DNS entries, in Ohio and Massachusetts. Same issue we had in July 2013. Unable to access NetSol portal. No love.

I am still down with all my sites, although others are up. I am expecting important email. Does anyone know of a workaround to get your webmail, or is this just lost?

DNS is Down, even their web site is down. Being forced to ride this out since you can't change DNS servers without their site. Not cool network solutions.

As of 11:10am PST in Silicon Valley, CA, DNS lookups to the domains I have hosted DNS at Network solutions are working. Their web site access is still very, very slow, though...

I host over a hundred sites and I try to get all my customers no matter where they buy their domain name to use me for DNS. I use Amazon Route 53 DNS and I have had 100% uptime with them. So this morning, one of my customers that refuses to use us for DNS complained their site was down. I said Network Solutions is down and that is where your DNS service is. From my twenty years of experience no matter where you have your DNS hosted it's going to go down at some point. But the odds of it going down are higher when you use the domain registrar for DNS hosting. Point your DNS to an outside dedicated DNS provider, pay the extra money and have some peace of mind. I'm waiting for when Amazon goes down, but they have a tremendous amount of redundancy in their servers world wide, so I'm betting the odds are better than most. And if you really can't have your DNS go down, have a rollover provider for when one DNS server goes down it rolls over to another company. My customer is in Washington State by the way, server is in Texas.

Yes you can, but you need access to Netsol's servers to do that. What you want to do is set up your domain on another DNS provider such as dnsmadeasy. Don't try this if you don't have a full understanding of DNS records and DNS hosting.

Back up in Maryland. Have experienced both black-outs this year and the brown-outs. Switching next month.

My networksolutions domains down, can't access NS website either. No one answers the phone. It's time to move my hosting to a more reliable service.

If I use the "real" address, the one used to FTP files to the site, my website is up. The DNS which resolves them to my expected address is not here.
