Fix DNS Problems

I'm SO frustrated. Netvibes has been "down" for several days. At first, my personal page would appear upon launch, but the first time I minimized the Chrome window, it would not return. Instead, I get a "Loading" message, but nothing happens. Then I would reboot and it started over. Grrr...

I've been trying all your "fixes". Cleared browsing history [not sure why], cleared every cache I could find [yours and mine], etc. Lastly, it seems to have "lost" my information. It comes up at http://www.netvibes.com/en#General. When I click on "Log in", "Sign up", or "Just for me..." it goes to the same screen which Has two dark grey boxes. The top box says "Connect with" and shows an unknown icon [an arc w/ 5 dots]; the bottom box says "or using" and shows Twitter, Facebook, and Google+ icons. The top icon doesn't do anything when I click on it. I have a Facebook account. When I click on the Facebook icon, the URL changes to http://www.netvibes.com/signin?new#facebook, but nothing else changes!

I've lost all my work setting up tabs and organizing the home page.
I can't start over.

I just signed up today. I was adding some widgets and decided to click on what I think said "G Refugee" because I am swithing from iGoole. The download got hung-up so I closed out. Now I can not get my browser to open the home page of Netvibes.com. It spend a long time trying to connect, but then it doesn't and becomes an error message.
