Fix DNS Problems

I am super frustrated. My account show ping times as though I have been logged on for hours at a time for several days. The problem is I log on but nothing will load. It just sits there saying "loading" frozen. Eventually I give up and try to cancel. Then it sits there saying "cancelling" frozen. This goes on for hours! I'm going to cancel if not resolved soon. i was watching bones just fine all day and then suddenly "were having trouble playing this title right now. try again later." i assumed it was because my PS3 would not connect to the modem bu ti have tried to load netflix on my PS3, laptop, tablet, pc, and android. my laptops netflix app just sits there bufering. the tablet opens the app and then closes it completely, pc is giving me an error message and the android says it cant load the data. NETFLIX!!!!! pull your f#!king shit together!! this is absolutely rediculous. i did not spend all day working, looking forward to having to deal with this bullshit. as your customers increased you should have been using the millions of dollars you make a year to upgrade your f#!king servers. i am very passionately in love with this service, but good f#!k, with all the problems i have with it i am very much thinking about cancelling. danmit all to hell... im not happy about it either. Netflix needs to pull their shit together or the millions of dollars they make yearly will greatly decline and with a quickness.

Netflix just stopped working. it wouldn't load any shows. it said try again later. i checked my internet source and it is running faster then ever. my modem is wired and so is the device im trying to watch it on. i even restarted the device and am now writing this on the same device. so nothing on my end is wrong. and according to this site netflix is up and says its down for me only. i have been a customer for a few years and this has happened a bunch of time. normally after one of their pointless updats which didnt add anything new except the color when you sign in. i have talked to them in the past and they dont care if their down or their apps are acting up. they will just offer to refund your 1 months payment and cancel your service. Netflix out of every company i have talk cares the very least about their customers. i dont know when companys that act this way will ever understand. without customers you dont have a company anymore. im really sick of this.

Today, 6/30/14 I had to force a disc return, my que is not updated, wait times for mailing discs are not updating-mails are erroneous, according to 'John' they are experiencing all these issues plus a few more. I have tried to stream videos through the Netflix website for the past two days, but it isn't working. I click on a title to play the selection, I watch the url address change (as if it will load the movie), and then it like stops halfway through and doesn't load the movie. At this halfway point it freezes and overwhelms my ability to operate other open windows. I tried logging off of Netflix and closing all windows to help, but I am still having trouble. Now when I try to access the website to log back in I get the same freezing problem and it locks up (times out) before i can even input my sign on information.

the site works, but when I start the selected show, it pulls open a new window and the screen is only visible at the top

For the last 5 days I cannot connect to Netflix. Is there too much internet traffic now that schools are out? Looks like others are having the same issue. I cannot even get past the netflix sign. What is happening?

Can't get to Netflix. It was working at 6 p.m. today and is now down. What gives? The price goes up and the service goes down and it looks like it is happening a lot! I think a credit is in order for all users for at least a month's credit. Frustrating!!!

Netflix is telling me that something is wrong with my Microsoft Silverlight program. Says I should uninstall and then reinstall it. I've done that three times and Netflix says it's still not working. So...?

Hasn't been working for me for about a week or a little more, when choosing a video to watch it loads and I can hear it, but I can not change the episodes, and I only get a white screen with the broken page logo.

Watching on a Dynex blueray player app, long load times, frequent rebuffering, and now it says I can't connect to Netflix.

I would blame it on the storm thats near by but its passed and our internet is having any problems.

When I watch Netflix on my laptop there is a serious issue with the audio sync. When someone speaks, the actual movements of their lips is seen long after the spoken word. On my Denon blu-ray player, I am getting a freeze after the page load and I have to shut down the player and start over. Also, sometimes, the screen freezes when the Netflix/Just for Kids screen appears on the TV.
