Netflix.com website not working? Is it down right now?

I am having a Netflix error problem. Cannot connect. First time this has happened. Internet connection is fine

error message comes up, unable to proceed to movie selection

Mine has been down for about 5 minutes... no matter what link within netflix I try to use, it gives the same site error message

i keep getting the error message. it did load the main page once but when i clicked on a movie it reverted to the error message.

Keeps popping up with an error message and asking me to go back to the home page.

Can't get into Netflix again. Second time in a week.

I haven't been able to connect to Netflix since Monday on my computer, tablet, or xbox. This is getting very frustrating.

Havent been able to watch a movie for over a week. I click on the movie and it will not retrieve it. Not happy!

Netflix has been running like crap sense the update. Constantly having connection errors aip-701 and tvp-830 show up. I cant even ping their server from my home. My network here is fine, but netflix wants to blame it on my ISP sofar. I ran a tracert and i can see where the connection stops, its in Atlanta IP 205.251.254.47 is he last hop i get.

Netflix page dosn't work. Support say that it's anything with my web reader (Firefox) wghich worked without any problems two days ago and has not been used since then) Very strange. The reader works nicely with all other websites... They only recommend me to use another reader. But why? Firefox should work like it has always done!

Netflix doesn't want to start Monday off the right way. It starts to search with Google, but refuses to open.

Netflix has been down in my area since last night, too. Called them and they first told me that there weren't any problems. Put me on hold and came back and said that there ARE problems. Hmm... Can't get it to load on my computer, iPad or Kindle... But, my husband can get it to come up on his cell phone. Have cleared my cache and everything else, only to get the same screen that tells me Netflix is not working... I miss my Netflix. :(

Netflix has been down since last night at my location. I cannot contact ww.netflix.com or watch anything on netflix.

Hello. I have been experiencing problems with the Netflix application on my PS3 for the past few days. An error message saying that "the title is not available, try again later or pick another title" which was appearing when loading numerous different titles. The problem was that I couldn't access the Netflix servers, as there is a DNS (Domain Name System) issue with the application version 1.03. To find out what version you are on, highlight the Netflix app and hit triangle, then information. After some playing around.

I have now found the fix to the issue.

1. Highlight the Netflix app and press triangle, then hit delete.
2. Click on the Netflix app again and it will ask you to install the data (this is version 1.00 and is working)
3. Once that version has downloaded and installed it will prompt you that there is a newer verison available (version 1.03, RUBBISH). You have no option but to select ok. When it asks you to download version 1.03, click circle to cancel, NOT CROSS TO PROCEED.
4. You will then be asked to enter your account details, proceed with this.
5. Once that has been entered correctly, it will prompt you for a second time that there is a new version, again click ok and click circle to cancel.
6. It will then ask you to select the version of Netflix you would like, proceed with this and your whole library should be available for you to use.

I hope this has been a help to you.
N.B Netflix support is the worst kind of support I have come across. They have no technical knowledge what so ever.

Netflix has been down for the last three days. I can access Netflix get to the program I want to watch but when I click on play I get an error message telling me to try back later. That's been three days now...

On my wii.. Netflix is telling me to go to netflix.com/tvhelp! The website will not even pull up on my computer. My connection is fine and HULU is working on my wii. I am going crazy it was fine two hours ago!

OK OK I HAVE AN UPDATE. So I am only having problems on my LG smart TV. It works fine all of my other system. So I called a few days ago as you can see from my previous comment. Netflix "troubleshot" the problem with no success. So I called back today. They said there was nothing more then could do so they have to have me call "THEIR" advanced troubleshooting department and gave me a number. I called it and guess who I get?? Freaking LG. Yeah that's right they pushed me off on to my TV manufacturer. So I speak with LG and they go through a bunch of steps and have me check the other apps and find that everything but the Netflix app is working perfectly. So they do a little more digging and it turns out that the high-ups in the management staff at LG were receiving so many customer complaints about the Netflix app that they decided to call Netflix themselves and find out the problem. Netflix informed LG that the server that runs these particular devices is going through maintenance and "should" be running by Sunday. I said, "But it works fine on my other devices." She said, "Yes all of the devices that run Netflix are on separate servers." I said, "Well perhaps I should call and speak to them about trying to blame my internet service provider or my tv manufacturer." She said, "They will very likely never admit that it is their own fault or admit to a maintenance issue. So there you go people! Gotta love Netflix!!!

I have been unable to watch anything on Netflix since tues, it will either not load the opening screen and then shut itsself down, or it will load onto the tiles with the current shows I'm watching but as soon as I click on on it will load to 20% and shut itself down, or play 2 secs of the episode then shut down. Is there anything at all I can do?

Netflix on my LG smart tv kept resetting itself after a few minutes of searching through the title menu. Called netflix and they said it must be my internet connection. Why is this the common response for Netflix? It works fine on my Wii, Nook, laptop bluray, and xbox360 but all of a sudden its MY connection issue? Getting same issues, can access site, but all vids wont play. tried chrome and IE. my dns are google's 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 was fine about 16hrs ago. I can post here so guess that means my internet is working :P

I got a update for everyone since mention law suit. There is something wrong with netflix server I finally got a rep to admit it after 15 mins yelling on the phone because they kept saying it was a problem with my intranet provider. But yet Ik at least 10 other people different areas, and different states having the same problem. The Reps @ netflix are even being ignorant and saying the netflix service works fine on ps3 but not on the computer. Its the same service. If its acting up on the computer it will act up everywhere else. By them constantly lyin that Netflix is having a problem I mention law suit and seeking an attorney because wepaying for a service we are not getting and not being honest there is a problem. If they would of said there is a problem right now Then i can accept that, instead of telling me im the only one with the problem. WELL DUE TO THEIR LYING. Ive called on april 19, 20, 21 netflix saying its my intranet service, i called my intranet provider april 22 everything fine on my end with my net, i can access everything else via intranet, imvu, hulu, pc games and other movies but netflix. as soon as ps3 force me to upgrade netflix my netflix doesnt work and as soon as the upgrade with netflix via computer it doesnt work. On pc my screen is white with blue words one roll at a time no pictures nothin.. when i click the word it says please hold while installation is completed then it goes blank.. On Ps3 picture and titles arent loading it is grey with empty looking boxes i press one of those boxes to see what the title is.. it starts loading the show then 1/4 of a way it stops then says error.. Ive done uninstall n reinstall netflix on ps3, deleted it, re did it, ive unplugged my modem, restarted stuff. Ive checked my intranet speed. Netflix telling me nothing wrong with their site that its me. All ik is if this continues to go on im going to cancell my service. They try telling me that netflix runs high on bandwith but i play other games thats higher than netflix. They said check my speed my speed may be load. I have high speed intranet service you cant get any higher then high speed. I even download music and movies..

netflix takes forever to load on Windows 8 and on my Roku Box it keeps reloading, not fun to have it down on a Sunday night.

It isnt down. Its just blocking the dns code were using to get american netflix. If u switch back to your own dns it will work

My Netflix.com service has been down since 9PM on 4/17/13.

I can log in but I can't watch anything, it stops loading and says "We cannot play this title right now" but it does it for everything. This was immediately after applying an update to Netflix on my PS3. I hope it is fixed soon, I pay for this.

One Roku streaming Netflix fine, the other can't connect to Netflix (different accounts). Other sites just fine. Netflix seems to be having issues.

It works over the PC but not on the Roku (have tried uninstalling and reinstalling channel and Amazon works fine over Roku right now). Appears to be connectivity between Roku and NetFlix.

Been 2 days now that we have tried to use Netflix. Tried both in Chrome and Netflix, and at most it'll load to 7-31% then either nothing, or it goes to a black screen. Can't even access the contact page or my account on Firefox.
