Can't reach mobile site or the desktop website. I have gotten to the Desktop Website, but will not allow me to access personal account. I have two pending charges for my cell phone and car insurance company that was not able to process due to this outage. Now afraid phone company will shut phone down and get charged fees due to insurance payment. Ughhhh

I just called and they have no idea when it will be up and they say call comcast even when all of your other accounts work just fine. the lady took my info and filled a report and seemed shocked it was down but when she transferred me to the tech he is like oh yeah its been down a week. she must have been new lol not happy

why is this not bigger news than this page? I am tired of the media not hearing about it. It happened the other time they tried to update your account to the new account interface. I know this to be true because at 1am last night my wife's converted and mine still has not. for 30 minutes hers worked in quicken updates. Mine has not worked at all, because I was not converted yet. Someone should get fired over this- probably the last guy that didn't because last time it was his first mistake. Maybe this link will lhelp others. It explains how to change your password and who to send email help request if it does not work aster passwrord has been changed to support new interface users
