If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

I have had issues with logging online to the First Premier Bank website for over two weeks. It does not work 90% of the time. I was out of town this past week and unable to login to pay my bill on time. When I finally was able to log in my payment was two days late. I complained about the login issues and about the $35 late fee which I requested it to be removed. Instead of acknowledging that they are having issues with the site, they just gave a curt warning that my payment was late and they will only offer a one-time courtesy reversal of the late fee. Even then they only credited my account for $25 when the late fee was $35. I am beginning to think it was a mistake taking their credit card.

First Premier website is always down, it's really frustrating. I like to check my account often and it's annoying to have to call for information. Fix the problem! You would think that a HUGE company could afford to hire IT people to make sure that these problems don't happen in the first place. Fix it once and for all.

Every time we want to pay the credit card, your server is not responding. You always have problems. It is awful to try to pay even before time. You should pay more attention to the payments you offer online
