Browser Related Problems

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

Was on about 2 hours ago updating some accounts via the ipad app. Then it hung and kicked me out. Can't login now on ipad, Android, nor PC chrome browser. when logging in i get "request timeout" message and it boots me back to login screen.

Mint is really flawed.. extremely poor tech support, high risk software with servers unable to connect and refresh data on command when requested by user... i am in awe of their tech responses to connection and refresh problems...

Edit: Yup, it refuses to update upon request and only allows the spinning wheel of death....:(

Mint login is clearly not working. Tried several different browsers. All of them either hang or get a timeout message. Can't they post something on their home page -- which does seem to be up. Also, to post something in their Community Forum, you need to be logged in -- which is not possible. Does not inspire much confidence in their ability to keep data secure.

And my Android says "Cannot connect to right now". This can make me very skeptical about the legitimacy of the system and if I can trust it with my card information...

It accepts the password but then goes to "Uh oh, we have a problem" - I tried putting in the wrong password and it does not get to this screen, it goes to a "wrong password" screen. I am glad i googled my issue- it was trying to say I did not have an account under my email address when i suspected it was me and I forgot my Password! I tried to change it and it said no account was attached! I though oh man, my info has been deleted!! Successive attempts after that event return a "Session has timed out" screen. Whatever activity I do obtain from the site is very slow. So they're having some issues that are hopefully NOT some sort of attack. I'd like to report my issue to them, but unfortunately you need to be signed on to do this. With luck, their support staff has some feelers out there that allow this feed to tickle them.

Request timed out. Been the same since Friday. Seems like customer service is not working. Once I am able to log in I will be deleting my account as I don't feel safe having all my accounts in one place and I can't access them at all!
