We have tried pinging Linkedin website using our server and the website returned the above results. If linkedin.com is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress...

Browser Related Problems

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

April 7th 2014 having the issue of having to sign in. Thought it was a PW issue, changed it right back to the one I had. Let's me into my account and to access the group that I run on there and then poof kicks me off the site and now it won't let me log back in. It's not up people. That or there's a broken link somewhere etc. Problems on Firefox so far.

Apparently it's a problem with Verizon Fios, and they're contacting LinkedIn. They said it should be fixed within 48 hours. It's not our computers.

There's definitely some trouble with linkedin right now. It mostly doesn't load and shows a blank page when you try to access your profile or homepage through www.linkedin.com. If you try to go to some other link through Google, it works for some pages, but loads home page only partially or not at all.

Linkedin profile is missing... it seems to be system wide... when things like this happen it illustrates the potential shortcomings of using the cloud (although I think it's benefits outweigh it's pitfalls)
