We have tried pinging Garmin website using our server and the website returned the above results. If is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress...

Fix DNS Problems

I can't upload my activities to Garmin Connect since 20 Dec 2015. It displays "... problem connecting to Garmin servers".
I can't figure out what's wrong. I notice that if I do more one activities for several days and I don't upload them, I do have this kind of problem.

I have had my Vivofit for a week and it never has gotten past the server error. Best I can tell it is a worthless waste of money. My spouse got a Fitbit the same day and it took just a couple of minutes to have it up and running. Garmin needs to fix this or get out of the business

I solved my problem by deleting my Garmin Connect app on my iPhone 5c and completely reloading. After reloading and pairing, all my data was there. Everything seems to be working properly now. No more Net Work error messages.

My Garmin Connect app on iPhone 5c shows when it is syncing with my vivofit but after doing so when I try to access info for steps and sleep, Garmin Connect tells me there is a network error. I logged into Garmin Connect to download my cycling and my dashboard appears to have disappeared. I went to the old version and my rides have uploaded. "There's a problem with our servers, which means that Express is unavailable right now.." OK guys. If this is the case then the Garmin Express application HOME screen should indicate this. That way I know when it's likely to work, and when it's a waste of time. This is good software design and you're customers would greatly appreciate this improvement.

P.S. It should be possible to view data on my local machine even when there is no connection to Garmin servers. (no internet connection in general)

I was having problems getting to Analyse|Activities page (which has been saying "Temporarily shutdown for maintenance etc." for three days), but followed the instrctions above and navigated to the page, pressed the Ctrl F5 keys (as instructed) and it worked.
