We have tried pinging Fidelity website using our server and the website returned the above results. If is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress...

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

Called fidelity, said to close browse and disconnect router, also try no help said it shoud be OK tomorrow. BullCrap-Appears that the DNS was hijacked as well as Linkedin's (Indianapolis area)

Fidelity gives you multiple "fix" suggestions as a stall that makes you think it isn't their problem but it b/c we have exhausted all options. Can log in, but site will allow no action

He could give no time context as to when the website/network problem would be up and running. Suggest using phone to contact Fidelity for your needs.

I couldn't reach time by national phone even. I had to call the local branch and transfer to corporate. All their national numbers and web site is down and under repair.

Neither of the national numbers, web site, or accounts are accessible. They said they are working on it. I cancelled all of my open orders until they fix it. You have to reach them through your local number and then press 9 for national.
