Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Been trying to get on for the last 3 days. At first you could get on site and see itinerary but couldn't make changes. Now you can't even get on the site. I need to make changes. My deadline is approaching. You call and are on hold endlessly and the person answering doesn't understand. Extremely frustrating!!

Called again 2 hours ago and was then told it is a glitch in their system and would be fixed within an hour. Well 3 hours later and still the site is broken. Wil see what their next lie is. Cannot even put up a down notice on the website instead of you going through searches and not being able to book Hello Orbitz or Priceline and GOODBYE Expedia - losing my 50k per year business

We had booked our usual trip to Wyndham Cabo San Lucas Resort, yesterday, Feb19 and saved the details to Expedia's scratcpad service. Went to Expedia this am to book the flight and got Zero, Ziltch and nothing at the Goldd Club Rewards phone # either. We have successfully booked the same package by dealing directly with our destination hotel. Thanks Expedia, no more middle man for our future travel plans.

They are doing a software upgrade and no hotels can be booked ! No advance notice or no notice on the site. Tried for an hour then called Gold Customer Service. They just don't seem to care or have any idea when it will be fixed. Really - an upgrade during the middle of a business day - PATHETIC

all day, expedia dumps me to their "get the the app" page after stating "It looks like we have an issue with the site. We're working to fix this as soon as possible. Here are some ways to find your perfect trip in the meantime".

No phone response for cancellation, I have made an error in my booking in Japan.com expedia, and I want to cancel it, I spent three hours calling customer support center for cancellation, but it was never possible to reach out any body but only running boring messages ( commercials) that I could memorize to say after. Then after some body comes, she told me, it was better to call an hour a go as you cancel it but with 50% penalty!! Strange company, and very strange service!

HORRIBLE SERVICE LATELY. Contact Us button on site is not working. Feedback feature is not working. In order to speak to an agent as an Elite member (calling the Elite member hotline), we now have to wait an hour for someone to call us back. We book 10+ flights and 10-15+ hotel rooms through Expedia per month. We're switching to another site not affiliated with Expedia!

I select a return flight as quickly as possible after the search begins, yet it reports the flight is not available when I click the return flight select button. And the formatting is messed up. I have cleared cache, restarted computer, logged out. Not sure what else to try.

Site was fine until I clicked Cancel on a reservation. Now it's just hanging and spinning, then says,
"SORRY … IT'S JUST TEMPORARY. We're streamlining our site and making improvements. Please check back with us shortly to find the best deals for a great trip."

Cannot get the home page www.expedia.com to load now either, same error comes up after spinning for 60 seconds.
