Fix DNS Problems

box.com Whenever divshare has one of its many breakdowns, I use the free 10 gig at box to put up embedded soundclips on my ebay auctions.

Divshare is dead slow. If you click the embed feature, you get nuts, coz of most of the times you'll get a blank page. I need urgently another site that has an embed function for audio files to put on ebay... can anybody help and suggest an alternative??

I too can get to my dashboard but I can't upload anything. These guys really are amateurs.

Saturday at 11:00am... DivShare is unresponsive. You can login, see the Dashboard, but cannot actually access your files or use the "Embed" feature... Returns a blank screen with no embed code. They recently did some site maintenance, so I suspect this is related to a poor upgrade with inadequate site testing on their part.

Divshare is unreliable. Although the report is that the site is up, that is misleading. It has been exceptionally slow for log on, and worse for uploading files. I can only imagine what is going on with the files that I have embedded. You'd think that leaving them alone overnight would give them time to fix the problem, but no.

Response time on this site is abissmal... took 74 seconds for Home page to load today, and when I clicked on "Embed" on a file, it took even longer... and then the page showed up blank. Getting frustrated... response time all over the internet is lightning fast (except for DivShare)

I would caution against "upgrading" to anything, this is usually what happens before a web site goes out of business. In fact, you should start looking around for an alternate web site to store your files on.
This is what happened to Mixpod.com... just stopped working and no response from them.

Yes, I corroborate the posts here.... I renewed my account at Divshare as an "upgrade" paying the yearly fee, and all of a sudden I received an e-mail (no-reply) stating: "We've been unable to process your credit card on 2012-12-19 23:37:04.

Unfortunately, it looks like your credit card has expired or the information has changed.

Please visit Divshare www.divshare.com to update your billing information in your account settings." The card was processed without a problem when I renewed, the information has not changed, and the system was working fine, now people are having slow downloads, or no downloads at all of our files. This has repeated three times and with no answer from support, in fact any time I wrote support this year regarding billing there was no response at all. So at the moment I cannot upload at all.

Here we go again. Can download but can't upload to divshare. Can't get any response from support. I guess you get what you pay for. It;s a shame because when it is working, divshare is the easiest, most intuitive file sharing site by far.

Divshare's embedded player has been erratic for me for two days. Now the site cannot be reached at all. I'm not fond of paying for a service and getting no customer service at all. Does anyone know of another cloud storage service that offers an embedded HTML audio player option?

for the last 5 hours, the audio files I have uploaded are not playing. Some older files are working. So my guess is that some of their servers are down. Hopefully it's maintenance and they haven't lost half my files as they did 3 years ago...

Repeated times when they are down sometimes over 24 hr.s, weekends or holidays, Problem, it seems is NO tech support and no feet on the ground server personnel. WTF! Don't these guys have any professionalism? This service is sold as being for professionals---and their up time is horrible. Migrating all my own media files not an option... YouTube is more dependable.

Just joined because ecommerceplayer is not working. Seemed to work fine for 1 day. Now I get random error messages on most uploades. Successfully uploaded 25 files but there was "error retrieving uploaded files". Do any of these "services" work?????

June 1, 2012 - cannot upload. Last week I could not download. The week before that I could not upload. Problems seems to start before weekends? Support never responds to inquiries (about 10 attempts to reach support have failed over the last year).

I can access the front page and my "Dashboard" page, but cannot get onto the "Upload" page or delete or add files. Just spins and gives me a Windows message. Been this way since 5:30pm last night! 5-1-201
