I have been trying, unsuccessfully to apply for jobs through the directgov website and I just keep going round in circles logging in and registering unable to apply for jobs or save covering letters, just round and round and round and round etc etc do they want people to work?

Cannot change the address on my driving licence on-line. Didn't let me into website at all, today just lets me log on and then kicks me out asking me to check that I have the correct address.
