Can't Access DealDash - Troubleshooting Instructions

If the site is UP but you cant access the page, try one of the below solutions:

Browser Related Problems

Force a full refresh for the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favourite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)

Clear the temporary cache and cookies on your browser to make sure that you have the most recent version of the web page. For instructions choose your browser :

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

Check our help page for step-by-step instructions on how to change your DNS.

Dealdash is down for me as well. I have not found any server problems yet. If it is so try out by clearing your cache. The steps given above are really quick on the trigger for the problem you mentioned. Once you get registered yourself on that website, you will find how easy it is to work with.

The possible problems and the ways for trouble shooting those problems were also listed so hereafter the deals with DealDash can be easily taken off by the users without any complications.

Of course Kaiulani N Flores we get the money refunded, If we lose the auction or the alternative they provide is we could buy the product for its original price. So it’s an added advantage for us.Basically I had never felt any sort of server problems when I open deal dash, It provides with its site spontaneously and I have played on the auctions for several hours continuously.

Kaiulani N Flores · 10 November 2012 - 02:25

down, 11:12 a.m eastern time 11/09

John Graf · 9 November 2012 - 08:13

I keep getting a message that says the site is under maintenance and /or down right now. Yet i get in intermittently and see the bids going on. The timer and bidders are intermittent as well. The timer will actually stop and then display again. it advances the seconds some times 5 seconds or up to 10 seconds.
