This is NOT a good check! "" SITE may be up and fine, and this goofy "" place says, "A-OKAY," but it's NOT - it's the "second leg," when you put in your credentials, where the "gateway" fails - sometimes I get timeouts and sometimes "Gateway unresponsive; proxy something." I get to the initial page just fine.

Get the following message after entering username and password:

Calling the number, a CSR answers the phone, stating that the system is inaccessible and please call back in 4 hours. It is difficult to distinguish this from a recording. This is at 10 p.m. PT on a Sunday.

Able to sign on, and I'm able to view statements from previous months, but cannot view transactions since last statement was issued. These transactions are in some kind of limbo. Evidently this occurs every Saturday night. Calling online support 877-660-1132, get recorded message saying the system is updating and they won't connect you to anybody because they can't see anything on their systems until it completes in two hours.

Every month I have this problem! I sign in on Chrome, and it says to many redirects. Then I go and use my old old internet explorer and I am able to get on sometimes. I just want to pay my damn bill. geesh...No other site gives me fits like this. why? why? why? Yes, newest chrome!

I have been trying to get my recent charges due to the Target mess. I got on last nite and the message was that the system was down temporarily. This morning, I tried again and still no response. My sign on may well be locked as my e-mail nor my AAdvantage account number does not work. But when I tried the AA web it worked. What is going on?

Why doesn't Citicard simply put a 'splash' message on their home log-in page notifying the public of the current problem and keep them up to date? Why would any major financial institution bring a live database system up like this??? No IT professional would ever pull a stunt like this and still have a job. Isn't upper management/administration listening to the public??? Oh, I guess not, they went home for the holiday weekend. Disgusted...
