Chase.com website not working? Is it down right now?

I have tried for two days to log on to Chase. I even updated my mobile app, but it doesn't work either.

17May13 6:20AM UTC: Cannot access Chase Accounts nor Schwab Accounts. Tried using Safari and Opera.

quickpay isn't working!! They won't even let me talk to a human being on the phone.

I have been unable to access my Chase accounts for a MONTH! At first I thought it was their site, but now it appears there's something blocking my computer from getting to my accounts. At the same time, my son CAN get on his Chase accout site. Even calling them did not help. I have to go back to "snail mail" to pay my bill. What a mess.

Able to log into my accounts but unable to make a payment. Message says Unable to Process Try Again Later 2002 (?)

the app hasn't worked all afternoon. tried 2 different phones. anybody else having this problem?

Was up with limited access for a while, but chase.com is not loading at all again.

Site is down on FireFox. Works on IE. I get this message:

DNS and server issues. Maybe their internal network has a problem.

Every single time I try to log in, the site is down. Every month. I have to like sneak up on it.

I too, have the same issue. Computer, iPhone app, Tab 2 app...nada.

Chase website is experiencing "technical difficulties" yet again. My online balance is simply showing as "unavailable" and when I called Chase, there was a recorded message before my transfer to customer service explaining that Chase online is experiencing technical difficulties.

Could not access web site with Firefox, but was able to with Google chrome. Web browser issues still.

I don't know why several people are saying you can access with no problem using AI. I have NOT been able to access for days and I do use Explorer.

It happens only in Firefox. You can still access using Chrome or IE.

I have not been able to get into the site for five days. What's going on? This is not good service !!

Chase still down on Tuesday 4/9 morning. Call to customer service confirms the issue and has no estimate of repair.

The site won't let me sign up at all every time i try i keep getting We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later. its been like that since the first time i ever tried to sign up on 2012 and i am getting tired of it.

Been having issues accessing chase with firefox for the past two days, but i can access via IE and Chrome.

I just tried to access my personal and it says my user id and password are inactive and I have to call to reactivate. I was online this morning, no problem. My business account signs in, also no problem. I tried calling and was on hold for 11 minutes, I will have to call back later. This is getting ridiculous!

Up and down, up and down, then crash! like a derailed roller coaster. Using chase.com is one hell of a thrill ride these days.

I used the mobile conn m.chase.com as suggested and got on very fast. I may just use this in the future on my desktob it was faster

No chase, it's not just down for me. I'm assuming chase has technicians to fix these kinds of problems, perhaps you should get them on it and alert people problem is being worked on. Like who the hell is in charge over there??

the inconsistencies with this bank are ridiculous. they are obviously getting hack-attacked, now just come out and admit it.

The problem is because the main page is up, its listed as up - but if I can't log into my account, its rather pointless. Anyone seen an official reaction or an ETA?

Not that it's an acceptable permanent solution... but using the url "m.chase.com" to log-in to your Chase accounts may be a quick temporary fix for those in need of immediate account access.

Chase Mobile App on iOS seems to be functioning for those who have access to an iDevice. I have no way of seeing if the Android version is functioning as well, but it should be.

@Daryl Branson, thanks, i understand that, whats the point of this site saying that the chase site is up, but you can access anything on the site? now i am talking a chase rep and first he says there is a "maintenance" issue, when pressed by asking if it is a ddos attack, he says the server is down, duh? i asked him why they would be doing maintenance on a work day afternoon, and the dunce said he didnt know. so there you have it. like someone else said, this is going on way too often.

I'm unable to connect to chaseonline.chase.com, but www.chase.com works. When I attempt to log in from www, it redirects to chaseonline and fails again.

I think the problem is all 20 of us are trying to log in at the same time.

Rich, the main site is up. You only get the error if you try to log into your account. That's why this page is showing it up and running.

Recurring website issues defeat the purpose of on-line banking. Almost time to change banks and deal with hassle that goes along with that process.

I can't transfer from chase checking to my auto loan or credit card (all under chase, go figure!).

Is it me or does Chase online crash frequently? I'm bothered, annoyed, and quite frankly I feel like switching to a bank with a better online system.

I cannot get into my website presently and need to see my accounts. This is to make sure that money has not mistakenly been removed, as happened earlier this month, when I saw Chase had taken $992, and I had no idea why. I contested this payment, and it took over a day to have this issue resolved and to have the money put back into my account. This was pretty scary, and if I hadn't been checking my accounts online, I would not have had a clue that my main account had been robbed. Yikes!!!

The feature that lets you search for chase branches and atms is locator.chase.com and it's been down for at least the last couple of hours.

I count on this website to work... I only went with them in order to wire online for my business. !! I'm paralyzed. this is getting to be all the time now!

havent' been able to get onto my page for a few days now. Can access on my phone but need to get on the website. So does my mom. Thought it was my internet guess not.

Went to branch on riverdale ave near 259st asked teller they say nothing is wrong the manger came over said nothing happen. Thats what head people told them to say.

The app and webpage are not working. I called in because I tried to make a purchase and it would not go through even though I know I have money in there. They said estimated time to be back up and running is 1-2 hours and that was an hour ago.

1-800-935-9935 tells you the system is down but gives your available amount.

Major panic attack. Could not get balances or pay bills. Spoke with customer service. They confirmed they are down and cannot give me an end time when they expect it to come back up. They were apologic though and insist they were not hacked.
