Can't access my account info. Accepts my logon info on some attempts - other times just times out. When it does accept the logon, I can't access my account information. The screen just sits there. Something is wrong. I am able to access other sites.

I agree with Luis G Collazo that there is a problem. I type in my User ID and Password and it does not respond. I even tried multiple browsers. The mobile app is working somewhat intermittently but it doesn't have the full functionality of the site and that's a problem.

You are correct they should have posted something on both the phone line and on the site. I am sure they are scrambling like mad men right now because I have worked in a similar environment, and they are supposed to have redundancy upon redundancy, so there first attempts were to fail over, which is why a sign didn't go up immediately. They are probably now trying to decide how to get this resolved extremely fast. They better do something though.

But, as luck would have it, figuring the issue had been resolved, I decided to postpone my banking until after work; and, now (6pm Pacific) it's down again!
