Can't Access Chase - Troubleshooting Instructions

If the site is UP but you cant access the page, try one of the below solutions:

Browser Related Problems

Force a full refresh for the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favourite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)

Try alternative urls such as chaseonline.chase.com

Clear the temporary cache and cookies on your browser to make sure that you have the most recent version of the web page. For instructions choose your browser :

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

Check our help page for step-by-step instructions on how to change your DNS.

Could not get in all day yesterday and today. I agree with other comments. For a bank this size it is inexcusable that the online service does not work. Hmmmmm I am sure those top execs will still see their enormous bonuses at year end tho.

The website was not responding for me either, tried IE and Firefox. Talked to support and they indicated Chrome would be best. I tried it and the site worked fine. As much as this pains me to say... Chalk one up for support.

Can't access my account info. Accepts my logon info on some attempts - other times just times out. When it does accept the logon, I can't access my account information. The screen just sits there. Something is wrong. I am able to access other sites.

I agree with Luis G Collazo that there is a problem. I type in my User ID and Password and it does not respond. I even tried multiple browsers. The mobile app is working somewhat intermittently but it doesn't have the full functionality of the site and that's a problem.

I think they are doing it so you will accidently overdraw and then they can charge you an overdraft fee. Just like the last two times they got sued.

You are correct they should have posted something on both the phone line and on the site. I am sure they are scrambling like mad men right now because I have worked in a similar environment, and they are supposed to have redundancy upon redundancy, so there first attempts were to fail over, which is why a sign didn't go up immediately. They are probably now trying to decide how to get this resolved extremely fast. They better do something though.

Well, not happy I can't see my account (says not available), but at the moment it's not an urgent matter. I was concerned something was wrong with MY account, but if everybody else is having the exact same issue, I'm just going to move on to something else until later and try not to not worry too much about it.

Have been trying for a couple of days to login to Chase to make a payment. No luck. I enter my user ID and password, click Logon, and nothing happens. I don't even get a message that the site is down or unavailable!

Can't log in from phone or laptop. Received the following message:
Our website is temporarily unavailable. We're working quickly to restore access, and we encourage you to log on later. Thanks for your patience.

Trying to set up QuickPay for my bf who's a Chase customer... it reroutes to the accounts page when QuickPay enrollment prompts me to log in. And it's not an option under "payments and options."

I can logon but it says "The site is unavailable right now and we're working hard to resolve the issues".
