Mesa, Arizona here. A group starting as only myself quickly grew to over 30 people in less than a day, now currently 458 of us who are officially boycotting Century Link. They are breaking the law and stealing our money under the guise of false customer service and felonious behaviors and ways of upholding business. We currently have just over 17,000 signatures stating we will not be paying our next bill, and that century link is currently under investigation by the FCC for several serious offenses. I will die fighting organizations who attempt to betray the ones they claim to help. and as my group and i prove, im not alone in that cause! either wise up or gtfo centurylink

Centurylink has the worst service ever. This last seven days we have had no phone or computer, before that we only had service for two day and another week without. Repaired today maybe. Sericeman said squirell damage. We have had this service for a year and a half and the majority of the time it does not work at all. Each and every time a repairman calls us and says it was squirell damage. This story is getting old.

Internet down to the North Mesa area of Los Alamos, NM since 03 April 2016 at 15:00. It's been up at limited capacity for a few hours here and there since then, so they claim that four days with spotty service is not a continuing outage.

Thus far I've had to buy five additional gigs of data and run my cell phone as a hot spot to stay connected.

I cannot login to the quick bill pay screen. I go there and enter my billing phone number as always and then have to wait for an extremely long time. The first few times I did it I got a weird message saying my billing number wasn't right or something and to try again later. I was looking at the bill in my right in my hand so I KNOW the bill number was right lol.After that I tried calling the automated bill pay number or whatever it's called. When it asked for my billing phone number I put it in and waited. I got an answer like before saying there was a problem with that number or it wasn't correct or something. I don't remember exactly lol. Anyways I decided to try it one more time on my computer through the quck bill pay. I put in the number as usual and pressed the next or login button at 4:03 and now finally got a gateway timeout this time at 4:07. Gonna test it again one more time. waiting until exactly 4:08 to start.......there pressed the login button and now we wait once again. Gateway timeout again at 4:12 this time. There is definitely something going on with the centurylink website and it's annoying the hell out of me. I kind of wanted to get my billed paid and done with tonight. Guess I might have to mail it after all :(

I'm sorry to have to tell you that our phone is out again.
It seems to only go out when it is snowing or raining.
The first time it went out it was snowing we had just used
the phone. an Hour later it went out. Thinking it was are bast
station since tried all are out lets . and none worked. We
bought a new phone , but it too did not work. Two days
later it came back on. Ever thing was okay. That is tell
it rained. And yes it went out again. This time we where
able to call on a cell phone to let you know it was out again.

the resolution for the problem. I had not received the email,
I will call Dish to refund me the payment I made for century link because the email is not working the way it should be.

Internet has been down today (August 30) and I was told by a tech person that a server box was damaged by yesterday's storm and all of western Washington is affected (although tech person was vague on that, which figures). I'll get an automatic phone call when it is fixed, maybe. So now I have to use wifi elsewhere or at a library terminal where the keyboard is broken, the computer compromised by viruses, and the librarian making constant "shushing" noises in my direction. Century Link owes me.

My ZyXEL PK5000Z (from Centurylink) router goes into an alarm state a few times every day. It seems that I'm getting a new external IP address every time (which makes sense) but that REALLY messes with my DVR and Streaming devices as well as online gaming... I really haven't bothered contact CL directly, due to most other comments here and elsewhe3re, so I'm hoping somebody else can point me in the right direction to get this figured out... thanks :)

Thursday I spoke to Century Link and they advised that they had suffered an internet connection failure and had been down for fifteen hours. I was told yesterday that as soon as they were on-line they would e-mail me and I would have to disconnect my router for 5 minutes and then re-connect. Well, now it has been 30 hours and I am still waiting...Obviously they don't have the expertise in there Internet Division to fix the problem.. Maybe they should contact a competitor and ask for assistance.. Lol

Was down for 7 hours for me. Started calling 3.5 hours ago; all phone numbers were busy, or if you could get through, it would disconnect trying to transfer to customer service or it would disconnect trying to access customer records. Finally got through about 15 minutes ago, was advised the entire CL network was down [DNS issues] and no eta. Interestingly enough 10 minutes after I called, 'net service came back. Now time for a phone call to customer service to get a credit for outage and inability to even contact DL via phone.

Just chatted with a Century Link rep and their entire system is down. Their phone system is going haywire and download/upload speeds are pitiful. No news on exact problem or projected repair time. :(

We were down for 6 hours in Cape Coral April 21, 2013 Sunday from approximately 8pm Sunday night to 2 AM Monday morning. If they're going to schedule maintenance (?), then tell us. Needless to say, we won't be buying their combo TV/Internet/Phone service.

I really do not believe that I should have to reset the router at least ten times a week. We have actually gone 48 hours without a reset. That is a rare occurrence. Usually we reset 1-3 times per day.

Can't log in to web page. Don't even get an error code for incorrect login. Tried changing passwords and no luck. Site it down so no access to bill online.

Century Link down in Washington since Feb. 19th. Still down now as of Feb 21st, 9:30am. Voice Mail says 5pm today it should be back up? Anyone know why?

In Lexington, VA my DSL from CenturyLink has been out on Tuesday Feb 5, 2013 since 11:40AM or so EST and is still out at 3:38PM. Phone call to tech support says it will be out until about noon on Feb 6th. Thank goodness I have a 3 G device or I would be offline and not earning money.
