We have tried pinging Centrelink website using our server and the website returned the above results. If centrelink.gov.au is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress...

The new Centrelink "Upload Documents" page has not been tested properly. It fails to acknowledge the correct number of documents uploaded, the screen freezes after uploading 5 documents, and it has several very user-unfriendly moments where it indicated that no documents have been uploaded but, perhaps they had been because it continued through to the receipt prompt window.

Contacted Centrelink and they stated entire system is down. Only offered an apology and told to try again in a couple of hours - useless as no access to internet during that time!

their online system is shocking can log in but can't make my claim as just lost job but ring them up and get told do it online it starts the claim then fails won't work through mygov.gov.au and then go to their site go online services and have a message saying they have slow response times what a joke
