Can't Access Bonanza - Troubleshooting Instructions

If the site is UP but you cant access the page, try one of the below solutions:

Browser Related Problems

Force a full refresh for the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favourite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)

Clear the temporary cache and cookies on your browser to make sure that you have the most recent version of the web page. For instructions choose your browser :

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

Check our help page for step-by-step instructions on how to change your DNS.

Bonanza was just down again. Kept giving me a "server cannot be found" message.

Catharine Henningsen · 3 July 2014 - 02:56

I could not access my booth page yesterday and kept getting a 404 page not found error. I could access the main page and left a message in the user help forum asking if others were getting the 404 error message and Bonanza forum.message down! They replied support ticket with a "We can access it now" message. Never a good idea to hide problems the site is having.

Still not working.

I have not seen anything yet about a DNS attack. Just the silly comment about the safari.

The website IS down. They have even "admitted" to this, so not sure what response is being received from this service.

what they are saying is incorrect... bonanza is non reachable.... hopefully up soon

have tried on two different computers at two different locations so its not an issue with anyones computer... and all the other sites ive been to have not issues... just bonanza... so they need to get to work

That is a ridiculous response from support!

An email would have been nice. Since most people sign up using their EMAIL providing their email addresses. I know they send out emails for promos. Seems like it would have made more sense to SEND subscribers an important update message by email than making us go find the information that we didn't know was going to occur.

I didn't know they kept a blog or had a Facebook page (although what company doesn't). Point: I know Aweber, Amazon and Kroger have Facebook pages, but I can't say I've ever been there and definitely wouldn't go there to find out if their website is possibly down for maintenance or just by chance has been hacked! You know, just in case.

Is a little forewarning too much to ask?

Getting the same message about a possible DNS attack.

Judy, Jun 25 05:17:

Thank you for emailing. No worries. It isn't your browser. The Bonanza servers are being moved. The message is related to the server move.

There was a blog post about the move yesterday and it was posted on the facebook.

Our servers will be on the move beginning at 10pm PST. Expect everything to return to normal by 4am PST.

Their journey will be short and probably won't include a safari, but they as excited as inanimate objects could be about their vacation.

The site will be back up and server move completed soon.

Can't log into either main page or my booth. Got this message: possible DNA attack.

This email is a service from Bonanza.

It keeps saying the website is "not found" or "potential DNS rebind attack detected"

does this mean there is someone trying to hack the bonanza site?
