Aol.com website not working? Is it down right now?

sick of aol mail nothing but problem I think the b just want money mail is free but they screw with it so they can get you to pay ,

I just got an email through to AOL from Yahoo! Maybe this problem is resolving.

All emails to our clients using AOL are being returned.

E-mails to aol.com address is bouncing back with this error: http://postmaster.aol.com/Postmaster.Errors.php#554conb1

all emails to any aol account from my gmail are bouncing back Aol claims there are no issues I recommend everyone change to different mail server

We have been unable to send email aol accounts for the last couple of hours.

There's something going on. I tried to send emails to three aol users from my gmail account and then two test messages from a yahoo account. All bounced back. But I've been receiving emails from one of the users, and I seem to get messages through to him through a listserve (no idea who the provider is). This is strange.

as of noon today, my friends emails to my aol account have all bounced back to them

All AOL messages reach MY gmail box, but my emails TO all AOL friends have "failed" in the last few hours. Very cuss worthy.

Getting bounce backs from aol in 2 diff. states: Nevada & Florida; no prob with ATT & Gmail for the past 2 hours.

Just sent an e-mail to a mailing list of 42 people, all the AOL addresses were undeliverable, but the others were all delivered. What's up???

got 2 fatal errors on an email that i know is active.

I sent out a mass email today and 6 of them came back undelivered, all were to AOL accounts.

I am getting emails from AOL users, but all my responses and emails from gmail to AOL are coming back undeliverable 12:55 pm central time

I am having the same problems as others. I can log on for about 2 seconds thru the software, then get kicked off. I can get to it thru aol.com though.

i'm having the same trouble as a number of others who commented tonight. Most annoying. Glad it's not just me

I guess this is good news that others are having the same problem LOL. It must be a system problem, which hopefully will be corrected soon.

I, too, cannot access AOL through my desktop program. Signs on and a few seconds later, closes down. I am able to access through the web at AOL.COM. My friend is also having the same problems.

I sign on and after 5 seconds it signs out. I have a good wireless connection. AOL.COM also freaking out

AOL just stopped working. At sign on it loads and then shuts down and go's back to the sign on screen. Wasn't hardly on it all day and it just shut off a bit ago.

Today, 5/13/13, I cannot load any e-mail messages: kept on showing these 2 messages "(alert)11280. That e-mail is not currently available. MAIL SERVICE ERROR: Fetch Completed.
Right now I cannot access to New, Old, or sent folders. All showing "zero" Is it my computer or is this an AOL issue?

I try to to go to aol.com from MSM and it won't let me in to aol so that I can get my mail, it comes up as Http-403, it's quite frustrating, what do I do?

Aol is continually going down. Getting very frustrated and will change to B.T. shortly especially with the incentive of free B.T. sport for 1 year.

My wife has not been able to get into emails for 10 days, I was blocked on Wednesday and cant get in, I was however able to open a new email address and have no bother with it,, strange, That however does not help with the hundreds of emails I cant open, contacted Aol, told it would all be back up and working in 4 hours, that was 3 days ago .

My e-mail will download for one e-mail if I'm lucky and then won't download another one. I just keep getting the "circle. This seems to be the new rule rather than the exception. "Does anyone find the same issue? Is there a remedy?

I am getting a message saying that there is a problem with activity on my account and asking me to reset my PW. But it will not let me do that either! So Frustrating!!

Can't open AOL using software or even the aol.com page won't load for over an hour

AOL. wont let me sign in even if I change my password it tells me "INCORRECT PASSWORD". then randomly it will give me the 403 error Forbidden from accessing the server, etc. Is there something else I need to do?

FYI... I am able to get to all my aim email accounts if I go thru AOL homepage>Chat>Aim Express (log in) then click on the upper right mail envelope

Tried using IE and Chrome aol.com or the mail will respond says sending request or waiting for response. It has done this since this morning.

I am finally able to use aol.com again. Just an FYI for people having the same issue. You may want to check again and see if yours is working now too.

It has all been down since about 1pm EST Friday Becky, I had it working for about 10 minutes around 8pm then it went down again.

Have not been able to connect to AOL since about 1 or 2pm EST today. I used it a few times this morning, but not since then. I've tried on my laptop, desktop, and ipod. Will not connect on any. I did a windows diagnostic on the page and it says it is not my internet connection, that it is AOL server quits responding upon connection. I really need to get to my email! Grr...

This is ridiculous. For the past 2 days AOL either won't connect, or it logs me out repeatedly. Then for every time I log back in when I go to send an email? I am told I cannot unless I go to another page and type in a new puzzle. Driving me batty!

My mother got computer cannot connect to aol and I got a modem busy error on mine today, could not sign on. Called tech support three times and was put on hold for the longest, finally connected to a tech person. When I asked her if AOL had crashed she said there were technical problems and they were working to correct the problem. Widespread problems? I asked and she said yes. Irate phone calls must have bogged down their help desk. This happened a few weeks ago but didn't last for hours. Finally got on about eight thirty tonight.

Can anyone advise what AOL's Facebook page is called? I tried "AOL" and "AOL Mail" and neither show up as existing. Thank you in advance.

aol not working in wisconsin on either the desktop or the laptop

Aol does not work on my husbands desktop (but does on mine). It also will not load on my laptop nor on my iPad or Iphone. There must be some serious issues AOL needs to fix ASAP!!

Down here too... My iPad and iPod as well as laptop and desktop... If aol weren't tied to everything in my business I'd ditch it in a second!! Sick of the zoids crap errors too!!

been Using AOL in England since 1998 and this is the first time its been down but its a pain in the ass!!

I am in Maryland and it is not working either. I am paying $6.95 a month. I have been asking myself whether I need to change my email account to VZ since I have FIOS.

I love how it says it must be down for just me... but yet there are plenty recent comments stating an issue. Mine keeps logging me out, won't load, goes inoperable. Been having issues for a few hours now.

AOLBrowser mail does not work, It still works through Outlook.

Based upon all these posts in just several minutes time I think we can safely conclude AOL is having a widespread 'outage' - drat.

AOL is down and out for the count! It worked a few days ago 1/19/2013...From that date to yesterday, i had worst problem sending emails, there was pause and i sat and waited for email to send. Today, wednesday, 1/23/2013, i just sent email to a friend which took that "pause time" then was finally sent. When out of AOL to another safe site to check on something. Came back to AOL within 1 minute, now i have no AOL at all. I click "mail" to get in, but nothing happens. I was able to finally get in, but then, nothing works... Click on any icon and nothing works.... Uuugghhh!

tried again to connect to aim. once again it says connection lost.. funny how it worked great.. one min and the next nothing :-/
