Just found out this info so i'm passing it along: when you book a roundtrip ticket and purchase Trip Flex insurance, you can't change the return flight portion online via "manage flight" link, even though it appears you can (you will get the dreaded "Something Really Odd Just Happened..." error message. The rep told me it has something to do with having the Trip Flex insurance itself!!! You must call them and do it in person... and prepare for 30 minute+ hold times along with a long time for the reps to actually "get 'er done". They must have very slow computers along with an obviously antiquidated software program if you can only change the first portion of your flight online. I've been on hold for 10 minutes, and counting.... for the rep to actually change my ticket! Lets just say at this point I'm worried they'll disconnect me somehow and I'll be left with no flight home! grrrrrrr

i tried 3 times now everything looked perfect but "purchase trip" button geves errr message "something odd just happened" and i get kicked back to the beginning .. now calling phone 30 minutes at $0.45 per minute from my cell and 14 * 4 = $56 extra to book by phone .... not happy !!!!!!

Have been trying to check in for over 24 hours. Our flight leaves tonite and I need to change luggage. I will not pay the extra fee at airport if I can't get on the site. At least we received a text that the flight has been delayed an hour. Not sure I will fly Allegiant again. Customer service is over a 50 minute hold. Guess we will just show up to the airport 3 hours early instead of 2.

So frustrated... have been trying to cancel a flight out Tuesday... and when I confirm cancellation request, I keep getting a 'server error'. Last time I called reservations line for assistance, I waited 25 minutes and still didn't get a customer service representative on the line. Don't waste your time e-mailing...your only response will be to call the reservations line. Have even cleared cookies hoping that might help.
