Fifth Third should have displayed a message 'we are currently down working on problems, etc' not just a 'page not found' message. That is extremely unprofessional. Not the way you should do business.

Fifth Third is down with no default page to tell you that. Also, on the webpage when it does work, the date for when my accounts started is wrong by several weeks. And there is no way to address that online. Looks like I will be taking my new accounts and finding another bank.

i was wondering why my balance tranfer bills had not been paid. I am a banker you make sure you read the fine print, if you use this card to pay bills, cancel and use something else such as another card or checking account. Yoy are responsible for those funds getting paid, not First Fifth Bank. Now let be get off the phone and pay some bills.
