this was one of the most terrible hosters I've ever found. Although their staff was very friendly and polite and wanted to help me by their warm word, their servers simply NEVER work - cron-command was broken most of the time, so I had manually run cron tasks via my PC, additionally neither pop3 nor smtp were reliable - my customer lost a lot of his orders! And often via FTP I saw that chmod-permissions were strange-way changed, some files were either changed or deleted, and other terrible things happened. As their shared servers are weak and slow - many simple php-scripts never functioned with them. But for the html-homepage 12 bucks-per-year hosting maybe ok!
