Walmart and Sam's Club is down or at least parts. I have a return. They told me some returns go through and some don't. Sam's Club charged my credit card twice for the same $26.39 item but cannot access their own site to help me. This has been going on over a week.

Not able to complete the order. I go to check out and get "Due to technical difficulties, we can't show the page you're trying to get to. My account is locked currently. Was told by Customer Rep (today) that I.T Department changed my password in December. When I tried logging into my account 2 days ago I was told the system does not recognize the combo. Requested password change link, entered new password and got "Password could not be updated". Called customer service (2 days ago), was told I was on a 24 hour lockdown due to entering my password more than 3 times. Waited for 24 hours to pass, called them today and that is when Customer rep said an I.T department changed my password for an unknown reason. NO email sent to me to indicate the password change or any suspicious activity. I see no reason for someone to change my password from within password. I am noticing many people report the same issues with "password cannot be updated" or people cannot login. Please call customer service 1-800-966-6546 and ask the rep to look for any info that suggests a password change by the IT department. My issue is being forwarded to another department and was told it could be 72 hours till I hear something. Basically my account is locked till further notice. Customer REP could not do anything which is weird. Looking to see if other people have experienced the same issue. Please contact me if you have the same issue. Would like to know my options about possible credit being applied for my troubles since the issue was not due to my errors. Will update this post when I hear back from the other department. Thanks.

You can get to the site and even navigate around a little bit but try and do something specific (login, go to a specific page, Customer support) and you will get the technical difficulties message above.

Attempted to order e-mail gift cards, using three different credit cards and all were canceled for not being able to verify payment and were canceled, called Walmart cust service and was told it was an issue with my account and cards. Rather than just telling the truth that site was overwhelmed, I canceled my account with Walmart as the online tech would not do anything to resolve the issue other than offering to escilate the issue stating it would not be resolved until after Christmas, he could not even cancel my account said there was an issue preventing him from doing so. Very poor service on one of the busiest nights for last min shopping. I did place another order after creating an additional account and its still pending processing.. I'm going to cancel the order and go with Very sorry to see Walmart falling apart.

SHOPPERS BEWARE! I've been having the same issue of not being able to check out recently so I went in store instead. This morning I had an unauthorized Walmart charge on my card which leads me to believe their site has been hacked. GET IT TOGETHER.

Getting the shopping cart screen with generic message others are complaining about. On a side note, with Walmart losing millions of dollars per minute with their site down vs. the people of the United States of America losing health care coverage faster than they can sign up for new policies, which web design team do you suppose will lose their jobs first? Not even a question, is it.

Also getting the shopping cart graphic and message about a checkout being in progress. I'm not checking anything out, I'm just trying to browse. It was slow for about an hour but now I can't use the site at all. Maybe I'll try again tomorrow... maybe.

everytime I try to update my credit card a window pops up that says page is missing return to homepage??? So aggravated right now, called Walmart customer service and got an "you'll just have to keep trying" after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes.
